Chapter 12-Memories of the Past (1)

Feeling down and low, Su Min asked Li Wei if she could go home as she wasn't feeling too well. He offered to drop her home as usual but she turned him down politely.

When she arrived home, she tossed and turned and wasn't able to rest. For some reason she felt restless and decided to take a stroll.

Not realizing how long she had walked and how far she had come. Su Min looked around the familiar place and it turned out to be a place she once loved.

It was the place she always visited with Jun Pyo, Su Min smiled as the memories of the past came flooding her mind she sat down at an abandoned cart by the road side as she remembered everything from the past

Five years ago Yan Su Min was a quiet, gentle and timid girl. She would never be able to complete a sentence without stuttering. But after the death of her parents in an accident she decided to toughen up for the sake of her disabled brother.

Yan Min De was four years younger to his sister Yan Su Min and she loves and dotes on him. But after their parents accident he was too affected by the accident because he had experienced a life and death situation together with his parents. Even though he survived the accident he was never going to be able to walk properly without help.

His leg got stuck under the car seat as the car tumbled. causing severe damage to his leg.

This made him feel dejected and completely detached. He isolated himself from the world and would never talk to anyone, even to his beloved sister he would only speak a word or two he never speaks more.

Su Min would always speak to him more in hope that one day he would go back to being himself but he just never did.

After some time they moved in with their uncle Wang Ji Hoo who was their mother's brother. Seeing the effect the loss of their parents had on them he decided to take them away from the city and moved them to his place at City X.

He enrolled Su Min in the city's best School The Saints high and Min De to a school very close to the house.

The Saints High was one of the best schools in City X and only the rich kids get to go there but Su Min made it in easily due to her extraordinary grades.

The school was owned by the Li family making Li Hee Min (Jun Pyo's Mom) the director.

Though she seldom comes there because Mr Chu was the school proprietor since her parents were alive and she also chose to let him continue after her parents death as the school flourished well under his guidance.

Mr Chu was friends with Su Min's uncle Wang Ji Hoo, so he helped her enroll into The Saints high school as one of their scholarship students.

Su Min walked around the school trying to locate the library and she accidentally bumped into someone. raising her head to see who she bumped into she quickly apologized.

"I'm...I'm sorry, I didn't see you." She quickly apologized.

"Sorry?" Min Ho scoffed.

"Why didn't you watch where you were going? or is your double eyes faulty now?" Lee Min Ho teased, poking aggressively at her glasses

"I...I...said I was sorry, I.I...didn't mean to bump into you. I was searching for the library. Pl..please just let me go." she stuttered.

"Aww... How sweet." Min Ho teased.

"She even stutters?" said one of his underlings.

"Yes, obviously," she can't even complete a sentence without stuttering and she thinks she can bump into our Min Ho and go Scott free." replied another.

Lee Min Ho walks towards her and Su Min slowly stepped back, He kept walking forward and she kept moving backwards till she stumbled and fell on the floor.

Looking down at her, Lee Min Ho smirks evilly and said, "Think of that as your place!" Then he took out a red card from his pocket and stuck it on her fore head.

"You should never think of bumping into me again!" He said and walked away.

Su Min staggered her way up and could hear some giggling around her, she saw that other students had gathered around them and they were already gossiping about her.

She heard someone say, "She is just a Scholarship student and she's already acting like a she belongs here!"

"Bloody commoner!"

Then suddenly they started chanting "Commoner." and throwing things at her, Su Min turned and walked away feeling awful.

The rest of the day went horribly but Su Min chose not to say anything to her uncle because she didn't want him to worry, As it is he was already doing so much for them and she doesn't want to add to his worries.

So Su Min decided to always arrive in school before anyone. That way she could walk without drawing the attention of her bullies. But no matter how early she came, she would find her desk outside the class with all sorts of insultive words written on it. she would wipe them off and return the desk back to her class.

Su Min had no friend and would always be alone, and for most of the time she would go to the library and study. This was her routine everyday. From class to library, then from library to the cafeteria, from the cafeteria back to class and when school closes she goes straight home.

Choi Kang San was the heir to the Choi group and he was one of the "Notorious four." the group of the four richest boys in The Saints high.

The group of four spoilt brats. They would often bunk school. Since to them life was to be enjoyed. Hence their only aim was to drink and catch fun.

Going to their usual meeting spot which was behind the school library. There was a shed behind the school library which they made their meeting spot and would often meet there everyday.

Choi Kang San saw a girl walking towards the library and couldn't stop looking at her.

"She's beautiful" he muttered.
