2 The chase

*Present day*

I sat up and stared into his eyes. "Admitting it would be so much easier the doing this every month". I rolled my eyes. "I will never admit that I love you". "So you won't admit it, but it is true?". "You wish pretty boy"

I got up and he did the same. Just then another girl ran past us with fear written on her face. Not long after a man went darting towards her, obviously enjoying his hunt. "This must be her first time" I said slightly frowning. "She will only be afraid for the first year besides he is only honoring his end of there deal" he said defending the man chasing her. "Yet it only took you a few months to get used to ours" He stated confidently. Ad he began snaking his arm around my waist moving the hair from my neck, leaning towards it with his teeth bared. "You know I prefer to do this in the room Jackson". He pressed his lips against my neck and hummed. "I love when you call me that". 'Its just your name" I said. "Yet you are the only one to ever call me it and it sounds so good comming out of that pretty mouth" he said turning me around and pinning me to a tree. He leaned in just inches from my face "But I prefer you moaning it while I devour every inch of you" His eyes raked my body. "Then devour me" I challenged. His eyes shot up to mine as he growled and tightened his grip on the tree behind me so hard I heard the wood crack. "I won and I'm done waiting". His voice lowered and his eyes flashed a shade of yellow. "Then what are you waiting for" I paused a moment "Jackson" I said slowly bringing my face slightly closer to his. He threw me over his shoulder despite my size. I giggled as he began to walk towards the other end of the forest.

We soon reached the house. He sat me down inside and gave me that look. The same look he has given me since the first hunt he won.

*Four years ago*

It had been a year since Jackson had taken me from my home. Not that I'm complaining. Things at home weren't what I would call good. Jackson walked in breaking me from my thoughts. "Are you ready to honor our deal". "Can you go over the rules one more time please" My voice shaky and uneven.

"Of course little one". He walked over and sat beside me "Rule one no asking other for help. Rule two no hiding. Rule three no giving up, it takes away the thrill. Rule four if you succeed in reaching the road befor I capture you then you may leave. Rule five if I capture you befor you reach the road you have to let me feed on you and give yourself to me" My eyes widened as I forgot that rule. He must have noticed my shock. " Dont worrie I'm not like that. I respect your decision to wait". I sighed in relief. "Now are you ready" He said standing and walked towards the door. "As I'll ever be". He gave me a smile and I took off once I reached the door frame. Not long after I could bear him behind me. My legs began to get tired but I kept going. I began to get scared because I could hear his growls and claws scraping the trees as he got closer. Then BAM. I was tackled to the ground.
