My name is Senshi Urana I am 17 years old and I have been given orders to search for a holy relic that the 3 nations have been fighting over for years. Can you believe it imagine starting a war lasting generations just because it is said to grant any wish, I mean be more realistic why not try and make a mage reach 100% affinity? I guess that is just as unrealistic as a holy relic that can grant any wish huh. Anyways despite not being knighted yet and having nearly 4 years left of training left I was sent to search for thing I guess that shows the desperate situation my nation is in huh, I am traveling alongside my good old friend Aiko, she is a water caster with 27% affinity, that Is 27% more than me, but hey my sword skills well make up for that.... Not really.

Next up is none other than Hitasura Ketsu he is a living legend among us rookies He has a whopping 35% affinity and he is a light caster apparently only one of them is ever born at a time I don't know if I should feel lucky to have him on our team or worried about all the expectations he is bringing to the table. He is not only a prodigious caster but he is also a superb sword fighter the best of us rookies frankly I don't think I could ever match him no matter how hard I tried.

Finally, another god damn prodigy Munashi Okuma he has 41% affinity to fire can you believe this man was destined for greatness he uses a spear without a shield oddly enough, he says it is to focus on killing the opponent and honestly it was a miracle to get him to spit out that piece of information the man will not speak no matter what we try. I wonder if he would scream if I kicked him.

(I proceeded to kick him)

As you might expect from a prodigy he kindly proceeded to beat my ass without saying a word while everyone else laughed at my misfortune HOW CRUEL! I know I kicked him but come on why not ask me why first I might've been saving his life and he just started pummeling me.

This is our little team 2 sword fighters 1 caster with freaking light affinity and the other with an affinity of pure skill, I have to somehow make myself feel better for being the only person with 0% affinity. 1 spear user and one archer, I'm glad Aiko is an archer because I would never trust her in the front lines, now that I think about it maybe I shouldn't trust her to shoot behind my back, what if she hits ME! Despite her appearing as a completely helpless person allows her to heal people with her water affinity so even if she did hit me, I guess she could heal me, I wish I knew about the logic of mana why the hell can water casters heal but no one else that is so unfair! Apparently, wind casters can also heal but not as effectively as water casters I guess they got the short end of the stick.

Right now, the first place we are investigating is a small town we a heading to where a rumor of the holy relic is circulating, frankly I could not care much about the holy relic how do they even know it exists and how can in grant any wish, but I guess this is what it means to serve your nation. I know I talked about being kind of unlucky for being in a group with the one and only light caster but I am glad I have someone like Ketsu to cover for my slack, unlike me he is actually skilled.
