Distraction

The smoke was cleared with a burst of aura causing everyone to be on high alert. What they saw not too far away made their scalps tingle.

The alpha Shadow Wolf still stood without any injuries of any kind, and sharp darkness qi surrounded its figure like some kind of demonic armor. All around it, the smaller Shadow Wolves it commanded laid, with most of them being dead from absorbing Xu Xing's attack.

Xu Xing frowned, her face still pale from using the technique Sheng Tian had given her. While she was able to manifest it slightly with all of her energy reserves, she knew that it was not even a millionth of its true strength.

Even so, it was draining to use and would take at least an hour for her to recover even half of her Dantian. This was why she told her sisters to refrain from using these techniques unless there were no other options left.
