God Of Humanity

(Warning: This Story Contains Profanity) Sypnosis: GOD OF HUMANITY. "There's no confrontation that leads to not a single loss of life." Told by a wise old man sitting beside a withered tree. "The gust of wind blows upon North, South, East, and West to describe the upcoming changes." He smoked his cigar, holding his breath. *BLOW* "How far gone can one person handle the weight of the world?" He stared at the sky, looking at the gathering dark clouds. "The wind today is rather cold than warm." He picked up his cane and stood with his back crouched forward. "Shall I tell you a tale? A history most forgotten by the glorified age. A world that was once sunk with chaos and deceit." The old man gazes back at the old tree, touching the charred trunk; he reminisces. "While my life has gone past its prime. I can still share with you the profound experience... which I've gathered for the past thousands of years..." "Listen well... for I won't be here when this story ends."

[V1/C10] 934 CE

934 CE, the Loud sound of gongs beating around the battlefield emerges. Three sides scattered under the winds. Three siblings defending their clan.

One with a scholarly aura and another with the sword of a General, protecting what's left of them.

Somewhere on top of the high walls the General shouted "Eldest Brother! The enemies are within reach! If we don't help then who else?!"

The Scholar answered with a calm demeanour "Patience, The enemy General hasn't shown himself yet"

The General got furious and shouted again "BUT!"

The Scholar didn't reply and continued to watch his men dying below the Palace Walls. The General begged and pleaded, "ELDEST BROTHER! PLEASE..!"

The Scholar averted his gaze towards the General and spoke as he held up his fan, blocking half of his face "Are you that impatient of dying? Or is there another reason for your false bravado?"

The General looked at him with a confused look and asked with a stuttering voice "W-whatever do you mean by that Eldest B-Brother?"

The Scholar fixated his gaze on the General and slowly walked afoot as the General backed himself away by a mile.

The man saw the Young Maiden behind the General and unconsciously looked at her with a worried expression. Having noticed that the General hid behind the maiden as he pointed his finger at the Scholar.

"Ōhirume! Look at your Eldest Brother! He's gone mad!" He said as he angrily pointed at the white-robed scholar.

The scholar looked furious and spoke, "Get. Away. From. Her." he continuously walked closer and closer, and as the gap between them drew closer, the General felt threatened and held up his sword and pointed it at the back of his younger sister.

"IF YOU DARE TO TAKE ONE MORE STEP! I'LL STAB HER!" He said. Judging by the looks of his eyes, the scholar felt disgusted "You...."

The Scholar waited for an opportunity to subdue him and save his sister, but the longer he delays, the more disadvantageous his situation is.

Seeing her Brothers at a standstill. The Young Maiden shouted."ELDEST BROTHER!"

In that moment, the truce between the two broke and the General instantly instilled his sword to the Young Maiden's Heart.

*STAB*. Luckily, the Scholar arrived at her rescue just in time and completely missed the vital organ of the Young Maiden.

The Scholar embraced the wounded maiden and shouted, filled with animosity, to the other, "YOU!!" He shouted.

Engulfed in rage, he drew the blade from the Young Maiden's body and started fuming with great anger.

He glowed brightly like the eclipse; dyed with crimson light, he dashed forward towards the General.

"HAAAAAA!!!!" Blinded by what was happening to his surroundings, the Scholar looked at the General's face. Grinning, mocking him and his entire being. The General didn't dodge nor tried to retaliate and fully accepted his blade.

The General looked at the sword pierced in his heart. He averted his gaze momentarily towards the Scholar and spoke "The conditions have been met" he smiled laughing at the clueless Scholar "HAHAHAHAHA"

Furious with his actions, he kicked him away towards the wall, leaving the General to bleed himself out until death came to meet him.

Finishing off the General, he rushed back to the young maiden and tried to heal her wounds with the clasped moonlight.

While tending to the wounded maiden, the General asked."Aren't you curious why I've betrayed you?" The Scholar didn't pay him any attention and continued to what he was doing.

"I see... You already knew from the very beginning..."

"After I die, destruction will be the end of this realm." A moment later, the General has breathed his last and passes away, looking up at the bright blue sky.

A moment later, after his passing, the sky grew dim, and clouds started to gather in the middle of the battlefield.

The Scholar silently sat there healing the maiden without being distracted."I'll fix this..." Inevitably tears kept flowing in his eyes "So... Please...!" With the limited powers he possesses the Scholar reached his limit and started to bleed himself out, starting with his nose, ears, mouth and eyes.

The teardrops were dyed with blood as they dropped to the unconscious maiden.

The sword which was stabbed through her was laced with a deadly poison that can only be obtained from one of the Seven Deadly Trees called "Irkhan."

Irkhan, one of the Seven Deadly Trees ranked 7th among all of the other Deadly Trees. A single sap from this tree can kill a God within an hour without any cure for its poison. The fatality rate is 99.99%, with no one being able to survive once they are infected by it.

The aura of murky purple permeated from the maiden's wound, slowly destroying her body.

"HAAAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!!!" the scholar shouted, his veins started to bulge all over his body, his life aura continuously decreasing at an astonishing speed.

"SISTER!!! DON'T GIVE UP ON ME!!!" The soldiers and netizens below started looking up at the sky one by one.

"What is that...?" A soldier of their clan spoke, looking at the huge black matter above them, as big as an asteroid.

"Hmm? What's that?"

"Lil Tsu and Lil Su, what are guys doing? And why's Lil Su lying flat on the floor? She might catch a cold like that y'know?" A being questioned, the voice coming from a few meters above.

The Scholar didn't hear the sender's voice and so the person personally came down.

"Lil Tsu?" The being questioned once more but received only empty silence. The being sighed *SIGH* upon careful inspection, the being saw the maiden who was lying down with a murky aura embedded deep within her soul.

"So that's how it is..." The being frowned with a saddened expression.

The being formed a knife hand and struck the scholar's neck strong enough to make him lose consciousness.

"What... The..." As the Scholar's body swayed towards his right, leaning to the battlefield, he saw from above, with a blurry vision, a person with long white-silver ash hair, with its back turned to the descending darkness.

In his last vision, he saw the being looking back at him but only seeing half of its face; with a clear voice, the being spoke towards the fainting Scholar.

"Don't worry and leave the rest to me" The being's voice soothed the Scholar's clouded mind and made him reassured of their safety.

"Sleep now, Little Tsu"
