Getting reincarnated in a fantasy world with some OP skills

Its 6 o'clock in the morning, I woke up, took a bath, ate breakfast, and went to school riding my bike.When I was on my way to school, I met my friend Julian and went to school with him. While I was on my way to school, I witnessed a bank robbery, and so I called the police. When the police arrived, the robber was holding the banker hostage at gunpoint, both sides were negotiating when something unexpected happened, the robber started shouting random things like, "all I ask is a plane ticket to Germany, how is that so hard to understand", the police were confused about what to do. Thus, the robber stated that if there is no vehicle that takes him to the airport in 5 minutes, he will start shooting, but again, the police were dazzled of what to do next. So five minutes have passed, and BAM the robber shot a bullet, but the bullet wasn't intentioned to harm the hostages, so he aimed it randomly outside. And guess what, the bullet went into my direction and pierced my heart. My friend, Julian started panicking and yelling out for medics around the vicinity. The medics came rushing in but nevertheless, I was too late to save, the damage I received blew half of my heart off, so I said my last few words to my friend Julian, "tell my parents I'm sorry for all the inconveniences I've caused for them", Julian sat there crying his heart off as he saw me away.

And when I thought I've died, I woke up in a room that looks oddly similar to my living room. There I noticed a child watching TV while eating nachos. It took them several minutes to see me, and the first sentence it spouted out of its mouth is

"Who are you?"

"My name is...Huh? This is weird. It seems that I can't recall any memories within me."

"Oh, so that's how it is! You're a [REINCARNATOR] candidate, aren't you?".

"What's that?"

"It's a title given to a few people who died due to my mistakes and given a chance to start a whole new life in another world, in other words...REINCARNATION, but first you need to be qualified to be reincarnated."

"Can I ask you a question about it?"

"Sure, go ahead!"

"What is the qualification for it?"

"Hmm, [#1 DOES NOT HAVE ANY CRIMINAL RECORD], [#2 HAS TO BE MALE], [#3 DOES NOT DISCRIMINATE AGAINST OTHERS], [#4 HAS GREAT POTENTIALS], and [#5 HAS DIED DUE TO MY MISTAKE]. Those are the requirements for it, any more questions?"

"Yes, I've got a few more. First, is there magic in this world? second, what kind of monster have many roots for its evolution trees? In other words, what monster can evolve the most? And lastly, am I allowed to choose what I will be reincarnated as?"

"To the first question yes, there is magic in this world, as for the second one...hmm...I would have to say the wandering ghost, and as for the third question no, you normally cannot choose."

"Curses!"

"BUT! Since you have a humongous amount of potential, I will let you choose what to be reincarnated as, and since we're at it, might as well give you 3 skills to choose as, doesn't that sounds nice, eh boy?"

"Then, is it alright for me to reincarnate as a wandering ghost?"

"Yes, that is alright."

"As for the skills, I would like to have a skill that can take skills off the things I eat, a guidance skill that I can interact with, and a passive skill that makes my subordinates stronger than their species average strength."

"So...[SOUL DEVOURER], [GUIDE], and [KING'S BLESSINGS]."

"Probably"

"Alrighty! Good luck on your journey!"

as the child said to me while I was free falling down the sky. And thus, how my adventure in another world begins!
