She became a doctor and invented the cure for many diseases from cancer to HIV to plenty of other diseases. She would later die and meet god and god would give her three wishes but this is not her story .

No, this is the story of the guy who died via truck-kun. Now imagine his surprise as he meets god and god gives him three wishes and a chance to reincarnate to where ever he desires. Now remember how I said about the guy having a desire to lead a simple life? That went out of the window after hearing that. Now as any self respecting otaku would do , he asked for a system but unlike those virgin otakus he did not ask for a gamer system.

Instead like a true certified gigs chad he asked for a system maker . Now he does not just have the system , he makes the system. His next wish was the ability to gain all the power,abilities and skills of all his defeated opponents because he was smart like that.

The next thing he asked for of course was a stand , specifically a personalized stand because stands are cool and only cowards copy stands from other characters in JoJo. I mean seriously they have no creativity I tell you.

Now with that he asked to be reincarnated into my hero academia as Izuku Midoriya after he was told by the doctor that he was quirk less. Now why did he choose My Hero Academia ? It is because he valued his anal virginity very much and did not want to have his butt be used without lube by overpowered entities with bs senses .
