"Doesn't it really hurt?" Yuri was still very worried because Ethan's cheek still had a reddish tone that was turning purple.

"No, calm down." the Smith omega smiled. His best friend could be very paranoid sometimes.

"Do you still want to go to the library? Still missing for my new class.

"Yes, maybe there are some of my favorite books.

Yuri smiled as he took Ethan's hand and led him towards the library. Once there they started to look for the books, but they didn't know what section they would be in, they should have asked the librarian when she offered to help them, but Yuri denied help.

"Shall we ask him?"

“I don't know, maybe so?” They saw her from one of the nearby shelves. They wanted to ask him, they just hoped he wouldn't be upset.

"It's ok, I'll do it. I can do it, I can do it" said the alpha, encouraging himself and walking in front of the omega with a confident bearing. "No I can not. You better go."

He hid behind Ethan. The bicolor-eyed omega just rolled his eyes. Yuri always did the same.

"Oh! Okay, I'll go." And he left. Luckily the manager was in a good mood and kindly showed them the section.

"We're lucky the lady didn't get angry."

"Yes, I was afraid he would do it." smiled amused. Although the youngest Ivanov alpha is a protective alpha, he is also somewhat fearful and sometimes acted as if death followed him, but he was the bravest when he put his mind to it. They were there for a few hours until they decided to go see the bedrooms. And after a small discussion between Ethan and Yuri, each one went to see their room.

Elsewhere a Russian was caressing his cheek and abdomen as he walked towards his room. Itzelhad gone to its own. The slap the beta gave him had seriously hurt him, but the elbow hurt him more.

Aleksandr's POV

I know it was a damn mistake to have hit that boy, but Itzel still kept hitting me. I was already a little upset about all the work they gave me at the company, reacting like that wasn't all my fault.

I apologized to the omega, but I don't want to cross paths with him again. Yuri has a good heart and I'm sure that boy took advantage of that and also his own condition. I wouldn't be surprised if he is friends with my brother only for money or protection. I know it's Yuri's life, but I'd hate for him to get hurt.

I tried to put that aside. Today I had to organize the things in the dorm, since a few days ago I came to the university to leave certain things and I will finally be able to organize them. I just hope my roommate isn't someone annoying.

Omniscient POV

The Russian alpha was arranging the books, his clothes and other things on the right side of the room. Until he heard someone open the door, he mentally prayed that it wasn't someone "annoying," according to him. It's a shame that his prayers were not heard and he had to share with Ethan.

The omega opened the door thinking that no one was there, although then he noticed the scent of an alpha. And with his cane he guided himself to a bed, pretending that he did not notice the alpha while the opponent only watched his actions in silence.

"Sorry for the question, but what's your name?" It's just that your smell seems familiar to me." those words were completely ignored by the oldest, who only dedicated himself to continuing ordering. “Ethan called me, I hope we can get along and if you want we can be friends.

The bicolor smiled, he hoped his new partner would like him and that he would not discriminate against him like many others.

"I don't need to be friends with someone like you. So I ask you not to talk to me." Ethan erased his smile when he heard the voice of that alpha, it was the boy who had hit him for no reason and who was also the brother of his best friend. Now he couldn't help but feel afraid.

"I understand," he responded quietly. The alpha just snorted in annoyance. He wanted to get as far away from that omega as possible, not only his presence bothered him but also his scent.

He couldn't stand being there, so he left, closing the door tightly while leaving the other boy sad, no one likes to be treated like that for being different and even less so with the person you are going to live with all the time. He was sure that would happen again and he didn't like the idea at all.

Maybe with time Aleksandr will learn to tolerate it.
