Chapter 36 Qin vs Qin

"Qin Wu, you're a disgrace to the family, and your father!" An old man in with a stoic face and grayed hair said. "Haha, that's funny coming from you, seeing as I am sure you had something to do with his death!" Qin Wu replied as he held a blood red spear in his hand.

"Qin Wu you're delusional, I've told you many times that I wasn't involved in the incident!" The old man said as he retrieved a golden spear from his spatial ring. "And seeing as the Clan is at stake, I hope your father will forgive me!" He said before suddenly flashing forward, his golden spear piercing towards Qin Wu's head.

"CLANK!"

Before the spear could reach Qin Wu, Eunuch Liu appeared with a silver ruler in hand. Seeing this the old man's brows furrowed. "What? You thought I was going to fight you by myself?" Qin Wu questioned rhetorically as a devilish smile hung on his face.

"Old General Qin Bai, it saddens me to see you siding with those ruffians." Eunuch Liu said as he locked eyes with the old man. Back in his glory days he was one of the strongest in the Kingdom, leading the army to conquer many lands, but now he was but a shell of his former self.

"Ruffians? You want to destroy the sect which my daughter and son-in-law command, and you expect me not to butt in? I thought Eunuch's only lost their manhood not their brains too!" Qin Bai said his voice filled with disdain

"I see, well if that's the case then there's no need to keep up pretext anymore." Eunuch Liu sneered as he turned around. "You're allowed to charge General." Eunuch Liu declared before disappearing.

"Good, in that case." Qin Wu said softly before lifting up his hand, he then gave a smile to his old Uncle before dropping his hand just as quickly as it rose.

"KILL!" They screamed as they charged towards the Qin Clan and the Heaven Breaking Sect members. "Hold." Qin Bai simply said softly, before a massive amount of killing intent billowed out, almost completely stopping the opposing army in its tracks.

"I thought his title was only an exaggeration, but it seems to be true." One Heaven Breaking Sect disciple remarked as the intent Qin Bai let off was almost palpable.

Over his career Qin Bai had done many things, but his most gruesome and cruel achievement was by far during the "Battle of the Wailing Chasm".

"Hmph! You dare ignore me?" Qin Wu asked as he looked at his soldiers in disdain, his own killing intent billowing out, although it wasn't quite as strong as Qin Bai's his had a more feral, and more primal quality to it, like that of an enraged beast.

Hearing this, the soldiers simply sucked up their fear and continued their charge but before they could begin to move, they suddenly all froze in place. "W-We can't move." A soldier suddenly said, as his horse began foaming at the mouth before falling over.

Suddenly every horse began to drop with the soldiers also falling down along with them, seemingly stuck in place. Seeing this Qin Bai simply began to walk forward.

"During that incident, although I rose to fame, simultaneously everything went to shit. My brother died, and my life blood was expended, but with it I earned a moniker, the "10,000 Slaughterer" do you know why that is?" Qin Bai said as he inched closer and closer, till he was right in Qin Wu's face.

"Y-Yes, because you and 10,000 men entered the Wailing Chasm, and only you ever came out." Qin Wu replied with some fear, cold sweat dripping down his forehead. Seeing this Qin Bai flashed a smile, before swiftly jumping backwards.

"BOOM!"

A figure had descended from the sky, landing just where Qin Bai was standing moments ago. "I see the Emperor has come to deal with this lowly one." Qin Bai said with a smile that wasn't a smile.

The Emperor had descended, adorned in golden robes and with a sword on his back, looking as noble and elegant as ever despite the fall he just took.

"Qin Bai it saddens me that you're rebelling, alas what can one do." The Emperor sighed seemingly distraught as calming aura spread out of his body and onto his soldiers, allowing them to move once again.

"Hahaha, the line has already been crossed, and I am not a man who tends to go back on his decisions, if you wish to fight it out this old man will accompany you!" Qin Bai declared as he positioned one of his hands behind his back.

Hearing the response the Emperor was going to reply again, when suddenly out of no where 100s of attacks blasted through from the Qin and Heaven Breaking Sect alliance.

"AHHH!"

"GAHHHH!"

"FUCKKKKKK!"

They screamed as they were hit from all directions, most of the soldiers were barely just getting up after being paralysed by Qin Bai's aura. "You still have much to learn." Qin Bai said. "Then again where you're going you'll have no use for anything of this mortal plane."
