"I really cannot work with you any longer! Any longer than a minute would be tantamount to me putting a spear right through my head!" Mirna exclaimed at Kanon Sokolov as he was once again late for another one of their daily meetings.

Kanon just brushed her off by offering her a piece of bread from his pocket. "You want one?" He asked politely and sincerely albeit the handing of the bread from his pocket was definitely a bit comical. She shook her head and went outside the room.

"Why do you antagonize her so much, Captain Kanon?" One of the rookies from Captain Mirna Devin's squad asked him. "Eh, does it really seem that way?" Kanon retorted back with a question to which the other rookie replied with a nod.

"Oh, my bad. Well, I just think she is easily annoyed by every single thing possible so that makes annoying her even better!" Kanon said as Mirna walked back into the room after having her smoke break.
