Obsession

All the ruckus and commotion caused Commander Kanon Sokolov to come to their aid to see what was wrong. After being told that there was an attempt on Captain Damian Rose's life, the fury and rage was reflected on his eyes. 

Kanon Sokolov scoured the area and castle but he came back and found nothing at all. "I told you, he is long gone already." Damian Rose said. 

"You seem awfully calm about all of this happening, Damian. Has this ever happened before?" Kanon asked one of his most capable captains to which the latter just shrugged his shoulders off. 

"Who knows? This is a part of what we do right? The dangers that we encounter as the prized Umbra Knights of Solstice should never be out of the question." Damian blurted out.

"Y-Yeah, for sure. But your life literally got targeted inside our stronghold, the castle of the Emperor…" Leon Vergil pointed out.
