First Eats Third

The cheers of victory filled up the building of Solstice in the Holy Nation State of Pariah as the five of them placed the sacks full of seventeen Lunaseekers and their heads laid out on the floor. At first, the non fighters and non Knights were disgusted, but they realized that this was the harsh reality of their life right now. They were going to be struggling and this shed blood on the floor would be the start of it. 

Otto was surprised at what he had seen. "By the Gods, you have to at least be able to tell me that you are going to be the ones who will clean that up and scrub it off, right?" Otto asked. 

Kanon nervously nodded as he looked at Reno. Reno shook his head as he already knew that he would be the one that the Commander would recommend in scrubbing it. Reno made himself scarce and went outside the building afterwards to 'catch his breath.' "Aw, come on, Reno…" Kanon Sokolov thought to himself.
