2 Chapter 2: So I really have been reborn...

"Hello!!??" I yelled trying to see if I could get anybody's attention in this everlasting darkness that I somehow appeared in after laying on my bed.

"Ouch, definitely not a dream" I said as slaped myself as hard as I could with the hope I was currently dreaming which did nothing but made me wince at the pain I inflicted on myself.

"Ok let's review what happened before this moment" I said to myself as I thought about my situation, 'so I finished the survey turned off my PC, went to bed, then...

'Click' a sudden jolt of realization hit me as my mind went blank for a second before it came back to normal, and what came with it was a bit of excitement and doubt.

The reason for my excitement was the possibility of that survey being a replacement of a rob that basically granted all the wishes I made in the questionare.

My doubt comes from the illogical probability that my mind is basing off of, and before I could continue my thinking process, a light shone into me which surprised me as there hasn't been light here for as long as I remember.

And before I could process anything I fell onto the the floor and my supposed body started disentigrating for no reason in which my consciousness followed soon after.

[3rd pov]

In a room filled with nothing but the screams of a female whom was in the process of giving birth a man can be seen with the woman as he encouraged her to keep pushing.

"You got this Akemi, keep pushing!" the man said to the woman whom was named akemi.

"I can't do this am losing so much energy!!" she yelled as she kept pushing with agony evident in her voice.

"I can see it's head, so keep pushing my love" the man said with excitement and worry for his lover.

30 minutes later the cry of a baby filled the once intense atmosphere in which brought smiles to the two lovers.

"It's a boy..." Akemi said with a weak voice.

"Yeah... I told you it was going to be a boy" said the man with a deep and loud voice as he held the baby with care.

"What should we name him?..." Akemi said with an even weaker voice that snapped the man out of his little moment.

"Hmm... how about Genshi Ryu, the Genshi standing for primitive and Ryu meaning dragon" the man said with pride as he looked at his now sleeping son.

"Sonzai can I hold my son?" Akemi asked with ragged breaths.

"Yeah definitely" Sonzai said with a worried tone as he looked at now pale body of his once tanned skinned lover.

"Genshi, I hope you have a good life and not bother your father, and if fate allows I hope you become the strongest warrior you could ever be" with those last words and a kiss to the forehead the barely visible light within her eyes disappeared.

from today Akemi the lover of Sonzai Ryu and mother of newborn Genshi Ryu shall now be considered dead.

"Akemi~" Sonzai said In the middle of bursting into tears, even though he was expecting this to happen he just couldn't help but cry himself out.

Even though the Ryu clan/ primitive human race were know for their strength and martial arts it didn't mean their emotional feelings were non-existent, infact their emotional feelings were double that of modern day humans.

"Don't worry Akemi, I'll take good care of our child" he said in-between tears as he held his son with his right and held the now dead Akemi's cold hand tightly.

A few days later a funeral was held for Akemi except this time Sonzai didn't cry and just looked at his dead wife's grave with a new resolve to protect their child and train him to the best of his ability.

Three days later Sonzai was called over by the current clan leader so as to scale the potential of Genshi to see if he was just another dead weight or a genius that was prophesized by their ancestors years ago.

" Sonzai greets the leader " Sonzai said as he bowed his head a bit then lifting it back up almost immediately which caused the other 4 people in the room to glare at his direction making the once quite atmosphere to one filled with killing intent.

" At ease " said the so called leader as he stood from his once sitting position, with that word the four individuals retracted their pressure and stood back in place like nothing happened.

" You have gotten bolder haven't you... brother " said the lord as he stood In front of his so called brother with a intrigued tone.

" I thought I was called here to have my son's potential evaluated, if not I wouldn't have even come here in the first place" said Sonzai unfazed by his brothers statement.

"Well yeah... Kori bring out the stone of evaluation" the lord said as one of the four individuals left his area and came back a minute later with a white stone looking material.

"Well shall we?" said the lord as the white material was placed on top of a table in front of Sonzai.

Wasting no time Sonzai placed the little delicate hand of his sleeping son in top of the stone in which after a little white light was shone a golden energy burst outs from within the stone shattering it in the process.

Without hesitation Sonzai shielded his son with his hand preventing any of the little shattered stones from touching his son.

"Wonderfully done Sonzai you actually birthed a child with the potential of reviving our clan!!!" yelled the lord with excitement as he walked towards Sonzai pridefully.

"If that's all I'll be leaving now" said Sonzai as he prepared to leave the room but was immediately blocked by four of the guards.

"Leave him be!" yelled the lord making the four guards to jump in fright.

Wasting no time Sonzai left the room with haste not paying any mind to his brothers change of attitude.

"Don't worry brother, soon that boy will be mine to raise" said the lord with a little chuckle as he turned his back before walking back towards his throne with prideful steps.

(7 years later) back to 1st person.

Opening my eyes again I was faced with a sudden ray of sunlight that momentarily blinded me I tried to adjust my sight in which after a quick few seconds I was able to barely open my eyes.

'Why do I feel so weak' I thought with confusion as I tried to lift my hand which I was easily able to do but what greeted me wasn't my usual hand that I was used to but the hands of a child!!.

Trying to understand my situation I quickly tried to stand up which I groggily managed to do, and then looking around the room I was greeted with a cave like looking interior, and not paying it much mind I looked for something in particular and after a quick look around the room I spotted a mirror on the floor and next to rock blocked entrance that I didn't pay much attention to as I moved with a bit of difficulty towards the mirror.

"What the..." I said in surprise as I saw my reflection in the mirror, I have changed and now look like a 7 year old, putting the mirror back down ready to slap my self again; I was suddenly assaulted with a several years[7] worth of memories that gave me an headache but not enough to make me shout out in pain.

'So I really have been reborn...' I thought with wonder, and before I could celebrate anymore I suddenly fell face first rendering myself unconscious.
