First Rain Of The Season

"Rose, what exactly is going on in your mind?" Raghav asked as they finished their total plan discussion.

The girl was sitting with her eyes closed in a manner of sleeping, but opened them as the question reached her ears, then stood up from her chair.

Walking towards the another corner where five lockers were placed, she stopped before a specific locker, then pulled out a small key from her pocket and opened it.

What brought out of the locker was a small wooden box. She closed the locker again and returned to the table with the box in her hand. The others just looked at it with confused gazes, "What's inside it?"

They didn't had to wait so much before getting their answer of the question, Rose opened the box and took out a tiny shiny thing before holding it out for them to see.

"A bullet?!" Charlie exclaimed in surprise and confusion while three of the boys just stared at it curiously.

Rick picked it up to examine it before the realization strucked him, "This!! This is the bullet which you were shot with....."

Multiple scenarios appeared before their eyes with just the mere mention.

They shivered unknowingly as the image of a bloodied body flashed before their eyes.

Rose took the bullet back and stared at it intently, a murderous glint flashed in her eyes. "Indeed, this is not just a bullet, its the living proof of my failure in one of the most important mission of my life.

Whenever I see these four bullets, it reminds me of the back stab and the first failed mission of my life.

I've waited for this day eagerly for the last one year, and now its time to return them to its rightful owner!"

Goosebumps raised on their skin as they heard the cold and cruel voice of the girl.

Looking at her cunning and vicious smirk while knowing about her extremely vengeful nature one thing was clear as day, she's gonna get her revenge very soon.

Rose put the bullets inside the box and closed it before looking up, "Let's call it night, then."

Everybody nod and pack up their belongings, and without wasting anymore time they left the place.

After around fifteen minutes or so, five jeeps stood in line in the middle of the dark environment of the forest.

They started the engine of their vehicles and moved on cutting through the drakness with the roaring sound and the bright headlights.

After driving for one and a half hour they reached the highway and stopped.

"Good night everyone!!" After bidding goodnight to each other, they finally parted ways and moved towards their respective destinations.

Sunlight filled the room as the curtains were moved aside, the girl sleeping on the bed groaned in irritation before covering her face with a pillow.

But the pillow was also snatched from her, Tara pulled the comforter over her to cover her head. But again the comforter was also pulled away from her body resulting her to groan in annoyance.

"Good morning sleepy head, wake up now." A sweet voice cheerfully greet her morning.

Tara didn't said anything and continued to sleep, she's used to with these types of torture of her elder sister.

The girl just loves to destroy her sleep, Shanaya usually wakes up early in the morning. She has so many things to do, dance, yoga and all.

Whereas Tara was never a morning person, she usually stays awake at night due to her studies, and then sleeps the whole day.

Shanaya looked at her sister who was sleeping like a pig and felt annoyed, "Ohh common Tara, wake up naaa..." She started to shake her.

Tara turned to her back and half opened her eyelids, "What do you want exactly?" She asked in her sleepy voice.

The girl jumped up in excitement as she heard the question, "I want to enjoy the day with you, I've already planned everything."

Her head started to ache as Tara heard the excitement in her sister's voice, "Blurt it out"

"First we will go for shopping, then lunch, after that we will watch a movie and then we will return home." The girl list out everything that she planned for the day.

"Nice plan, but for a change, leave me and go with your boyfriend—" Tara suggested thoughtfully before turning around to sleep again.

But the next statement of her sister made her eyes widen, "Don't worry, our boyfriends will arrive in probably an hour, we are going to enjoy together." Tara sat up on her bed straight as the bomb dropped over her head.

"Shit!!" A curse escaped from her lips.

"Baby, let me remind you in case if you've forgotten, I'm leaving tonight, my exams will start from the day after tomorrow." Tara gestured towards the books which were scattered around the bed.

Shanaya just rolled her eyes, "Ohh common, don't give me excuses. These are not gonna work today, go and get ready, its 10 am already." She pulled the girl out of the bed and pushed her inside her bathroom.

Suppressing the irritation & annoyance Tara finished her shower and stepped out of the bathroom.

She walked towards her closet and opened it to choose a suitable dress for the day.

After checking out the whole wardrobe, she wore a red and white coloured Anarkali salwar suit, then drying her hair she straightened them and let them down freely.

With a little touch up, she wore her specks over her eyes, a pair of diamond studs on her ears and a pair of red wedges on her feet.

Then with her phone and bag she stepped out of the room.

Three people were chitchatting with each other when they felt someone's presence in the living room.

Turning around they looked at the girl with their eyes without blinking. Kartick walked towards his girlfriend dazedly and embraced her, "Good morning, beautiful." He kissed her cheek.

Tara smiled at him, "Good morning, handsome." She greet the man while checking him out, he was really looking handsome in his casual grey colour T-shirt and jeans.

"Hellooo, we are present here. Please stop these pda of yours." Shanaya pulled her sister towards her while glaring at Kartick.

"Good morning, my beautiful sister." She wished with a happy smile, "Good morning to you too my lady." Tara wished her back and gave a small kiss on her cheek.

Shanaya was looking stunning in her off-white and golden colour Anarkali salwar suit.

Tara looked up at the man who was staring at her till now but retract his eyes just as they met with her, she just shook her head, "Good morning, brother-in-law!!"
