as the weather was dark, the rain was falling across the Empire Bay. As the screen moved in the apartment window there was a light that comes from the 6th floor and then a silhouette man sitting on the chair, his appearance was white tuxedo with black pants. his armpit was resting on his desk, the desk was full of his family photo, Booze, a cup in his hand drinking, a lamp most importantly his cigarette then the man spoke about his past.

"My name is Jay Miles I was born in Philadelphia 1925 then after 4 months my family moved in Japan in 1930 after that in 1935 back in America , as the screen was focus on the family picture. that little guy was me and my brother James i don't know much for the old country my father decided to moved away. "Across the Ocean started a new life in America" as the family watching the view of Empire Bay, then they drive with the truck.

"never in my life have ever since Fantastic as Empire Bay, It is Beautiful. The Camera focusing the truck while Jay and James looking at the buildings, as the scene begun to change on the background, the background was full of apartments, as Jay continued his story.

"on the other hand i never seen more filthier or disgusting a new shithole in the apartment. as the camera focusing on the man wearing a blue tuxedo with a Cowboy hat as Jay saw the man standing like a manager he was amazed and continue his story.

"The American Dream" was more like a Nightmare, my father was working on the port named Zach William. i have to learn English cause my family was both American and Japanese, that is why i met Michael, Over a time he and I were best friends since we we're both poor and we creating a new business for our own.

"alright Jay we have all night" as the man was acting as a watcher yet his appearance was wearing 60's clothes, leather shoes, his eyws were brown, white skin, a little bit mesomorph as the Police man arrived in the scene then he saw Michael and Jay stealing in jewelry store,

after that Michael saw and tap Jay's back to flee from sight suddenly the police shouted then chase Jay and Michael on the other hand he reported to HQ. while Jay and Michael run to the corner they saw a fence blocking there way yet Michael made it on the other side then Jay tossed the bag, sadly, Jay was about to run the police grab a gun and aim at Jay's back tired of running and shouted " FREEZE!"

"Awww shit!" cursed Jay from his bad luck then the police said " Okay you bastard spread your legs and on your knees-" the policeman continue talkin', meanwhile Michael was hiding a corner taking a short glance on his friend with cursed, sorry and regretful tone " shit i'm sorry Jay"

Meanwhile

the camera focus at Jay's arrest where the cops are circling the corner to make sure Jay will escape or fight back however he continued his story " Well, that one time didn't so good. The year was 1944, America was at war, the Army was lookin' for the guys who spoke the language who help in the invasion of Japan"

the scene began to change into the police station Jay was standing at the camera holding his serial number to saved the criminal record still he continued his story " I was eighteenth"

as the scene began to change the camera's flash brighten the screen and change into a photograph where Jay and his 3 squadron in 88th Infantry Division. he continues his story.

"and anything seems better than jail, who says you can't go home again?"

as the scene begun to lighten the shadows of every corner consumes the screen and the tape suddenly stop where the last image saw.

thus the Devil's Mafia begins
