While returning home, Salt aka Paru accidentally touches something that makes her parents' secrets revealed. Standing in the middle of that vortex were the young girl Salt and her teacher, Kakashi. Both are caught up in the struggle for power to avenge their family and homeland. However, underneath those political conflicts there is another, darker conspiracy related to the legend of the four lost Ancient Book containing boundless power.
