4 Plans For Improvement

After entering the castle Ryu didn't go back to training. Instead he went to his room and started studying the root seal even more vigorously. He wanted to be able to apply it in the next two days. He also wanted to make explosive tags.

Although these things are useless to big pirates. But for those little ones its absolutely deadly. And this is the new world although the pirates aren't as abundant as after Roger died it's still alot and his kingdom does get attacked regularly by those less than 10 million. After a while Sara came with more papers and food.

Ryu: Sara I'll need you to train those girls on how to be maids later when they come. I have a Devil fruit in mind for you and once things are settled here I'll find it for you.

Sara: There is no need for this your Majesty.

Ryu: No it's fine. Besides it'll give you the strength to always be by my side.

Seven Days Later

Ryu slumps in his throne as he's extremely tired. He just finished putting the last of the Root Seals on everyone in the castle. It took him a day and a half to complete it and another day to complete the explosive talismans. Once he completed the explosive talisman a piece of information came to him.

Apparently anyone could use it so long as they bought it. If it was stolen or used against him it wouldn't work at all. It relied on stamina like other seals. Now that he finished those two things it was time to introduce earth fashion into the Pirate world.

Atlantis is a huge Hexagonal Island. However the Kingdom Of Atlantis although has a large population of up to 4 million. The Kingdom itself only takes up a small part of the Island.The rest is full of trees. One should know a hexagon can be made up of six triangles.

The Kingdom barely occupies two triangles worth of land. Ryu planned to make a profit from these four places. One would would become a farm, another a place to plant things. The third would become a place for the rich to be rich and the fourth would become the entertainment district. Movies, plays, concerts, sports etc.

Sighing he thought that maybe he should be a pirate. Naw in this time being a pirate is simply death unless you're on Roger or WhiteBeards crew. Although BigMom and Kaido are also an option the two are simply to crazy. besides rocks is still alive at this time. I hope he doesn't come here. "Forget it. Push through"

In his previous life he aspired to be a designer and luckily for him this island has two of earth's most luxurious fabrics. One is the Wool from the Vicuna known as the fiber of gods. The Other is the Mulberry plant silk. This would be the fashion line.

After putting the information about this along with some designs, symbols, and provocative clothes he had a few gaurds send it to the Tailors. The next thing he needed to do was profit from salt and water. This world mostly used the Clay Vessel Filtration method.

He planned to introduce the Reverse Osmosis method and Distillation method. Reverse Osmosis would ensure healthy drinking water. While Distillation would allow healthy water and sea salt. A different form of salt that doesn't need to be mined and is "healthier" for you.

After doing that he sent the design copies to the black smiths and glass makers. He sent the Blacksmith's some extra designs like the Ballista and Arrow Cannon. After doing that he sent some gaurds to spread the word that the army of 5,000 shall be increasing to 100,000 starting today.

He also had them locate someone to convert all the gold and treasures into beli. He sent another gaurd to bring Construction workers into the Palace. He wanted to start on the Tower of Power. He had no time to wait and needed to improve his strength aswell as his five sages strength. He copied the design of the leaning tower of Pisa. OF course it wasnt leaning.

Once his strength improved and the all around strength and wealth of the Island improved he'd be able to travel for the fruits he wants to give them and Sara. Strength is everything in this world and his kingdom would be the personification of that statement. Thinking a little he asked Sara.

Ryu: Sara are we part of the World Government.

Sara: No your Majesty. We are not part of the World Government. Your Father stopped delivering the Heavenly tribute due to the decline of the Kingdom. Luckily before he fell ill he gave the Kingdom a stable economy.

Ryu frowned. He wasn't a fool or as thoughtless as others. He knew that sooner or later he would have to fight or become a part of the World Government. He had until Roger died to solidify the strength of Atlantis. After Roger Died the marines would enter a golden age of strength.

As of right now the Navy isn't as powerful or flexible as it will be in the future. As for Ciphor-Pole it's hard to say if they are as powerful or abundant as in the future. After all this organization works directly for the celestial dragons. Yup his Strength needs to improve quickly.

Ryu: Sara be sure to tell the construction workers that the tower is of the upmost importance. All things can wait until the tower is built. After the tower is the wall. Oh are the attendants of my father enjoying retirement?

Sara: Very good. I've asked a few of the aunts to help me train the new maids.

Ryu: That's good. now it's time to draft the new things that I'll announce soon. After that I'll

Sara: Your Majesty it's time for dinner and you need your sleep.

Ryu looked up and out the window of the throne room. Indeed it was already night time and the Kingdom is silent. Nodding he ate and when done Sara helped him bath and escorted him to his room. Once he layed down and Sara left Ryu unfolded his hand.

A golden chain came out this time longer than the first time he tried to use it. This is his trump card in this world and the training can't be neglected. The Uzumaki chains are a wonderful thing especially in this world. He only wondered what they are capable of sealing.

Two Weeks Later

On a podium outside the Castle Ryu stood. Behind him are Sara and the Five Sages. Out in the crowd the streets are filled as far as can see. Ryu grabbed the microphone next to him and spoke through it.

Ryu: As of this moment The Kingdom Of Atlantis shall usher in a state of improvement. As you all have heard I plan to increase the number of soldiers from the original 5,000 to 100,000. The reason for this are the plans I have for the rest of Atlantis's vast landscape. These places will usher in new trade routes aswell as cause more pirates to come. Which means we'll need more protection. This is why I had recently asked several gaurds to bring kids less than 10 inside the castle for screening. The kids who came out on top are the ones you see behind me. They are the current Five Sages of The Kingdom of Atlantis.

Ryu gave them and himself a moment for them to let it sink in.

Ryu: They may not be much to you now but in a few years they'll show you why I deemed them such. The Five Sages status in the empire is the same as the former General or Minister. They're position can not be replaced. The second group are the Ten Saints Of Atlantis. There is no one in this position at the moment. As for how to recieve this position you would need strength. This also goes for the position of the 8 Army Commanders. These are the only positions available at the moment. And they all require strength to obtain them. In Ten Years I shall appoint the people for these positions. In this time you would all need to increase your strength. Be it man or woman you can obtain these positions as long as you have the strength.

Ryu scanned the crowd and was internally disappointed. Not many showed enthusiasm for the positions. Not caring he said

Ryu: The rewards for these positions will be known in the future. I shall also open a school for children 5 years old up. Not only will they learn basic knowledge and history of Atlantis and the world. You shall also be instructed by Gaurds in training. After all some of you may be to old and dont wish to be embarrassed by kids in the future. So to cover up your weakness you may not participate. After all I'm only five and without my fruit I can kick all your asses.

When he said this he saw some man frown in anger. Others clenched their fists but all remained silent.
