A good old friend.

"It's a pleasure to finally meet you Mr. Kreese."

"Pleasure is my mister LaRusso, you can call me Kai, I'm still too young to be called sir." Kai smiled.

"Even so, it is still the largest shareholder of the LaRusso dealership." Daniel LaRusso responded with a smile.

"It was just a coincidence, I was moving to this city, and I saw that your dealership had a lot of potential." Kai explained.

"Ben whether it's a coincidence or not I appreciate it, now let's go inside and I'll show you around the dealership." Daniel spoke and then guided Kai to show the dealership.

During these years Kai decided to enjoy life, he traveled and met new people, and so time passed.

Even as he forced himself to forget about the Cobra Kai story, he still knew that the beginning of the series was coming.

But he didn't care, after all it didn't matter if he participated or not.

But something happened that he didn't count on, when he turned sixteen he was kicked out of the house.

His father John Kreese kicked him out of the house just like that.

He didn't let him stay for a while until he got a place to stay, and when he didn't have a place to live.

By pure "coincidence" the moving agency called to say that his house in Los Angeles was ready to be used.

In fact, at that time Kai didn't even remember about this house, it was only after it was mentioned that he remembered about all of it.

(AN: I don't know how photographic memory works, but I think that even if they remember everything, they just "remember" things after they're mentioned.)

Originally he didn't plan on participating in the Cobra Kai storyline, but with all this going on, he thought, why not?

After all, he was enjoying life, and there's a better way to enjoy life than watching a live series.

As for him investing in the LaRusso dealership, it was really just a coincidence.

He was doing some research on the Encino neighborhood, and then he met Daniel LaRusso, and his dealership.

Even though he forced himself to forget, he's not a machine and he can't be perfect, so he still had some lapses in his memory.

And he ended up remembering that the LaRusso dealership was going to work out very well.

He decided to invest, and saw that the dealership was going through a crisis, realizing the opportunity.

He valued all other shareholders at 1.5 times market value, and was able to buy quickly.

Becoming the largest shareholder, in addition he made a donation to the dealership.

"First I would like to say that even if I am the largest shareholder, I do not intend to interfere in your work." Kai said this after noticing that Daniel was looking a little nervous.

"I'm sorry." Daniel spoke realizing that he let his inner thoughts show.

"I didn't have a very good experience with the other shareholders."

Daniel was a little nervous because of the old shareholders, they acted as if they were the owners, he could still hold them because he had more shares than they did.

But with Kai he couldn't do that, in a way as the biggest shareholder Kai really owns it.

Kai smiled saying he understood.

"Here it is." Kai then handed some papers to Daniel.

"That is?" Daniel took the papers, and asked as he read.

"I know a man's words are like his honor, but it's always good to be safe, right?" Kai spoke and Daniel realized what these papers were about.

It was a written agreement that said Kai just as he said would not interfere.

"All that's missing is your signature, I'll give it some time, for your lawyers to see." Kai knew he didn't have any tricks but he still suggested it.

"No need, I trust you" Even saying that Daniel naturally didn't trust Kai blindly, but he had read the most important things and saw that it really was as Kai said.

"Let's go to my office so I can sign." Daniel guided Ka to his office.

After signing, Daniel planned to continue showing the rest of the dealership, but Kai had other plans.

"I'm sorry I can't go on, it's just that I have something to do right now, I just came by to meet your dealership Mr. LaRusso." Kai said when Daniel asked if he could continue the tour.

"You can call me Daniel, even though there is a big difference between our ages." Daniel continued "But talking to you I feel like I'm talking to an adult and not a teenager."

Realizing what he just said, Daniel wanted to explain himself, but Kai stopped him "Don't worry, I make people feel that way Daniel." Kai showed not to care.

"Well, I'll walk you to your car." Daniel then realized something "Do you already have a car? If you want, you can choose one here."

Kai politely declined and said he already had his car, and then walked with Daniel's company to his car.

"This is a?!" Daniel looked at Kai's car and his eyes widened in amazement.

"Yes, it is a Ford Mustang Boss 429 an original with no modifications, all parts are original." Kai said proudly.

"It really is an amazing car." Daniel sighed and said with a twinkle in his eye as he looked at this shiny black car.

One of the reasons he started a dealership was because he really likes cars, especially classic cars.

Kai said goodbye to Daniel and went on his way.

Daniel looked at the car driving away and thought 'Meeting him I would never guess that he is the same age as my daughter, although the appearance seems a little bit.'

'I can't imagine what he went through to have such a… mature personality.' Daniel sighed.

"Now, what was the way again?" Kai asked himself, not a second later, he remembered.

A while later Kai stopped his car in a parking lot.

"Hello good afternoon, do you need anything sir?" a police officer asked when she saw Kai enter.

"Good afternoon, yes I would like to know how to post bail beautiful." Even at a police station, Kai wasted no time.

The officer was both happy and embarrassed at the same time being praised for her work, and did her best to hide these two emotions "First I need to know the person's name, to see if he is fit to be released on bail."

"His name is Johnny Lawrence, he was arrested yesterday after hitting some teenagers... who were bullying." Kai didn't intend to say the last sentence, but after he saw the policewoman's face change, he decided to speak.

"Yes I found him, just a question we just got the security camera video, how did you know he was protecting someone who was being bullied?" the police asked.

"I know because I was the one who sent the footage, my friend, even though it's not the first time he's been arrested, doesn't usually get into fights over nothing." Kai replied.

Kai wasn't really Johnny's friend, honestly this will be the first time they meet in person.

He went to find Jhonny but found out that he was arrested, discovered that there was a security camera that recorded the whole scene.

Not sure if he could be released on bail, he sent the recordings to the police to give them more chances.

"Okay, even with the tapes it doesn't change the fact that he beat teenagers, but as he already spent one night in jail he can already be released on bail." The police told Kai by reading the information on her computer.

Johnny Lawrence was lying in a cell, enjoying the moment of peace.

"Wake up, you've been released." A guard knocked on the bars and said.

"Huh? What happened?" Johnny spoke in surprise.

"They posted your bail, now get out." He spoke to the guard who was opening the cell.

Johnny found it odd, he's been through this many times, even with bail being posted it would normally take much longer unless it's not as simple as bail being posted.

He shook his head, it didn't matter now, what did he care that he was free.

"Until next time, Johnny." A guard who knew him joked.

"I hope I don't have it next time." Johnny answered. "That's what you said last time, and look where we are." Another guard joked.

Johnny decided to ignore their laughter and left to get his things.

So he left, and as he passed reception he looked around to see if he could see anyone he knew, and who had probably paid his bail.

Not having recognized anyone, he left there.

He sighed, thinking about the distance from this police station to his house "How am I going to get home?"

"Maybe I can help you." Johnny heard a somewhat familiar voice.

His eyes turned to the owner of the voice, a young man with long golden hair, a scar on his chin and "strange" eyes.

Johnny knew this person, and when he saw him he knew it was this person who paid his bail.

He didn't know how to feel about this person, he had nothing against this person but he had issues with someone close to this person.

In fact, he was very grateful to this person who helped him when he needed it, and was a great friend, but when he found out about this other person, he decided to walk away.

"Kai I-" Johnny didn't know what to say.

"You don't have to say anything, you should be happy it's the first time we've met, at least in person." Kai said with a small smile.

"Well, thanks for helping me out this time." Johnny sighed and spoke.

"No, that's what friends are for." Kai replied which made Johnny smile.

He then followed Kai and got into his car.

"Since last time I've done some research on you and I admit I was very surprised." Johnny struck up a conversation.

"Oh really?"

"Of course! I didn't expect my friend to be the youngest military soldier in the world." Johnny spoke with a little pride.

Kai enlisting in the army and participating in the last war is not a secret nor has his true age been hidden.

The "discovery" of Kai's true age did not generate any controversy, which he already expected this world has always behaved strangely towards him, which he has already gotten used to.

In this world, he might be called the perfect example of the phrase, "Age is just a number."

"Well, I'm not the youngest soldier in the world, the youngest soldier is Serioja Aleshkov, a six-year-old boy who participated in the second world war." Kai said.

"Dude, stop being such a nerd." Johnny said mockingly.

"It's not my fault you're an idiot." Kai said also mockingly.

The car was silent for a few seconds...

""Hahaha"" The two laughed.

"It's good that we remain the same, I thought there would be that thing about us being weird." Johnny spoke.

"It's really good, except there's one thing that would make it better."

"What?" "You tell me the way to your house, we've been walking around the station for quite some time now, I think the cops are getting suspicious."

I don't know about you, but if there's one thing I don't like, it's bullshit, and what's more in soap operas/fanfics is bullshit. The guy makes three chapters or more with something that should be put in just one.

And that kind of disturbs me, because I put myself in your shoes in relation to this story, so I try to fill in the information, I read it, I think it's "bad" in my opinion, I delete it and do it again.

And so, it takes a long time for me to post the chapters which pisses me off. And I end up not proofreading when I post and it gets some errors.

So, I would like you to find an error, you can say it and if it is really an error, I will solve it.
