Catradora oneshots

After Adora and Catra used the power of love to stop the Heart of Etheria, everything was finally at peace.

"We'll never have to fight again." Adora said. Her forehead touching Catra's. her soft purring was barely noticeable but yet when Adora heard it her heart soared.

"We'll be together forever" Catra said with a smile on her face. She was so happy, after years of turning her love for Adora into hatred to defeat her she could finally let go and be with the one person she loved the most, the one person who made her heart beat faster, made her purr without even noticing, made her soft and warm when all she tried to be was hard and cold. She couldn't believe how lucky she was. How perfect everything got to be now.

"Adora? Catra?" They turned to see Glimmer and Bow smiling.

After they agreed to go with Adora to spread magic around the universe they pointed out how close Catra and Adora were and how they were holding hands. Glimmer smirked

"Awfully close to Adora hordescum" she said as she used Catras nickname something meant to sound offensive but was full of heart and love. Catra looked the other way flushed but her hand didn't leave Adoras hand. Adora just blushed and began to untwine their hands when Catra squeezed her hand as if to tell her to tell them.

"You see.....we sorta... you know..." Adora began malfunctioning by the shear fact that saying it out loud would make it official. Catra got frustrated and grit her teeth. Still beet red she turned to face her best friend squad and yelled

"WE LOVE EACH OTHER DAMN IT" she said but as soon she said it she turned away and her face burned from the blush. Glimmer and Bow started to laugh

"It's about time you confessed! You guys spend the whole time flirting and giving each other loving and wanting looks since we rescued Catra from Prime's spaceship!!" Glimmer said making the lovers so much more red if it were possible. Adora cleared her voice still blushing and let go of Catras hand to grab her waist to pull her closer to her body.

"I didn't want to think about myself and what I wanted until I had saved Etheria. Even though what I had wanted all this time was to be with Catra and love her with all of me. But Mara told me that there was more to me than being a hero." She said explaining herself Catra looked at Adora and smiled lovingly Catra had only wanted Adora and she was so sure she didn't love her back, being with her was like being on cloud nine.

"Dummy you only said something cause I confessed first" she said forgetting Bow and Glimmer were there and wrapping herself around Adora's body Adora cupped her face with her other hand and they stood there admiring their lover, forgetting about time and space and the rest of the world. But then, Bow coughed which made the lovers separate but still keep holding hands.

"Do you guys want like some space.... or...?" Bow said slowing walking away. Adora despite desperately wanting to be alone with Catra to plant her with kisses thought that there was no need to rush they had the rest of their lives together. Adora shook her head

"Let's go meet the others" she said turning to Catra smiling "I want to introduce them to my girlfriend" she continued with a blush. Catra just about died from happiness when she said girlfriend. She looked forward to being with Adora and loving her for the rest of eternity. And with that they greeted the others spending the day expressing their freedom. The whole day the smile that laid on Catras face never faltered.

Season 5 was beautiful. It left me speechless and I still breakdown thinking it's over. But it'll never be over because we'll always write stories of what we dream will come to them and I think that's beautiful. They gave us the greatest gift of the universe. I'll probably stop writing oneshots when I die so stay tuned and read my other works!!
