Today marks the 3000th year after the battle between the Valiant Knights of Human History and the Demon Lord which favoured the Knights' combined effort to stop the rampaging demon from overtaking the whole world. With the fear of the promised reincarnation of the Demon Lord, humankind and other races around the world forced the blood of the demon to go near extinct by eliminating any impending threat. The whole Demon Continent which covered 80% of the world, was now forced back into the furthest land that rarely has any form of inhabitation since the beginning of time. People called that place the End Lands. With the inevitable reincarnation, the rest of the world prepared for the next war that will determine the fate of the whole world.

(REWRITE IN PROGRESS) High School DxD: Reign of the Emperor

This is a story using DxD as it’s base, but not pertaining much to canon. I will try my hardest to create a custom canon that makes sense but if there are plot holes or inconsistencies in the writing feel free to bash me whenever you spot them. First time writer so as much criticism as you can is good. In this AU Akashi is an antihero, meaning he serves a completely unique role separate from the main peerages and does not have the "oh let's save them and get a harem" mentality. (Note: This fanfic will be more of a Slice of Life or School Life not one of those “time skip to each major arc in two chapters” fanfics that die out quick. It integrates generic or realistic anime school events to the DXD cast. In terms of plot, this will only go to around Volume 7 or so because I want Akashi and co to go to other anime worlds before returning to continue past Volume 7.) *Might be R-18 if I figure out how to write them without being uncomfortable*
