Synopsis: At the time I stumbled upon a jade piece which I term as “Soul Manual”, I defy my fate and hence change my destiny. I was known as the Prodigious son, a mortal wielding unfathomable power. Thou I thread the path of strength for the sake of increasing my family’s status, I was defeated. I’m an incompetent child. My road to martial arts was limitless or perhaps endless, but all I can see was darkness, as I lost everything I hold-dear. I was raging with anger, madness, and was heartbroken. From someone whose perspective was all white, my sight dwindles into the path of demonic. Yes, I become a demon, a demon who thirsts blood for the sake of revenge. Then at some point in life, I realized, there are people that I have forgotten…people that whom I cherish. I began to question myself…Did I have a goal? A motivation to continue this madness? I took revenge but I continue forward? Why?

As I saunter to the peak of martial arts, my world was pitch black. My eyes were seeking light, hoping that someone will guide me to the glorious glares of the sun. Alternative Synopsis: After the Heaven Defying Martial God disrupts the fiend’s plan, the chaos universe was facing an approaching calamity. However, through his fathomless strength, Heaven Defying Martial God split the world into three corresponding realms and created a new Epoch, a New Era!
This brand new universe was known as the Three-layered Heaven; the Lower heaven, Middle heaven, Upper heaven.
Somewhere between the New Ages, a new era is about to begin. In this new era, there will be a mortal child by the name of Wu Ning; a pure-hearted boy carrying heavy burdens on his shoulders. Ever since his father’s death, Wu Ning became the dependent eldest child on his family. Around the age of 16, he took the Imperial Examination to seek a better job, so that he could pay for his mother’s medicine who was fighting a deadly disease. However, some unfortunate incidents happened midway, as Wu Ning’s life was about to change.
