"Hush! Don't you dare talk about it anymore outside of this class? Especially telling the others about what you just learned here today." As Professor McGonagall's voice fell, there was a collective gasp in the classroom, with many Hogwarts students wearing expressions of horror.
When the bell rang, signaling the end of class, Harry walked out with Ron and Hermione.
After a few steps, Draco caught up with them, "Wait for me, will you?!"
Harry took the lead as the four gathered and said, "I don't know, what kind of monster is Professor McGonagall talking about?"
Upon hearing Harry bring up the Chamber of Secrets and monsters again, the group fell into a momentary silence.
Eventually, Draco spoke up to comfort him, "It's okay, Harry. You don't have to worry. You're from the Potter family, one of the twenty-eight sacred families, a genuine pure-blood wizard. You'll be fine."
Harry shook his head in response, saying absentmindedly, "I'm not worried about myself, Draco."
While speaking, Harry glanced at Hermione, who was nearby, and simultaneously, Ron cast a worried look at her too.
Observing this, Draco fell silent for a moment. "Oh, her... I am sorry."
The sympathetic voice from Draco's mouth, which never should've come out of it in the first place in their early years, could be heard clearly among the protagonist trio.
The once arrogant and bratty attitude of Draco, taught by Lucius has now changed due to Wentworth's influence on his meeting with Harry early on.
Among the four, three were from the 28th Sacred Family in the United Kingdom, typical pure-blood wizards. Hence, they had no reason to be concerned about the rumors surrounding the Chamber of Secrets and its alleged monster.
Only the sole girl among the four, Hermione, remained silent throughout.
Although both Harry and Ron wanted to console her, they found themselves at a loss for words.
While Hermione shared their concerns, she also realized that sitting idly was not an option. In the midst of the perceived danger, with potentially life-threatening situations looming, Hermione's thoughts turned to the enigmatic organization known as the Secret Hallows.
Contemplating whether joining this mysterious group could provide answers about the Chamber of Secrets and potentially ensure her safety, Hermione shook her head vigorously, forcibly banishing the idea from her mind.
No! Regardless of the danger, the organization claiming to be the Secret Hallows seemed dangerous, and there had to be alternative solutions!
Encouraging herself with these thoughts, Hermione was interrupted by Harry, who seized her arm.
Startled from her contemplation, she listened as Harry, with a hint of excitement, declared, "I've figured out a way! We can find someone who not only has the potential to know the truth about the Chamber of Secrets but also possesses the means to protect you if necessary!"
Upon hearing Harry's words, Draco responded with boredom, "Headmaster Dumbledore? I suggest you abandon that idea. There are so many Muggle-born wizards in Hogwarts that he can't protect all of them!"
Harry, choosing to disregard Draco's comment, continued to focus on Hermione.
Observing her thoughtful expression, both Harry and Hermione simultaneously exclaimed, "Wentworth!"
Hermione looked at Harry, "Harry, I need your help on this one. You are close to Wentworth, right? We can perhaps get a help from him!" She pleaded.
Meanwhile, Harry looked toward Draco, "I don't know, Hermione... For the case of being close with Wentworth, Draco here would be in an even closer relationship with him. When we first met, Draco was already acquainted with Wentworth."
The synchronized mention of Wentworth surprised both Draco and Ron.
Before even replying to Harry's statement, Draco seems like to be lost in thought upon hearing them mentioning his tutor's name.
Draco, expressing doubt, said, "While Wentworth is undoubtedly talented, he's just a Hogwarts student. Can he truly handle the monster Slytherin left behind at Hogwarts?"
Harry and Hermione exchanged glances but didn't directly respond to Draco's inquiry.
Draco and Ron, having not participated in the Forbidden Forest battle last semester, were unaware of Wentworth's true identity.
In contrast, Harry and Hermione, having delved into the history of the Alliance, marveled at the revelations they uncovered during their research.
In the current Hogwarts, the one besides Dumbledore who instilled the greatest confidence in them was Wentworth Grindelwald, the current leader of the Alliance.
Instead, Draco offered another solution, "I might know some people who could help us. I will try to see what I can ask from them."
"It's not your father and his cronies once again, isn't it?" Ron teased while casting a cynical smile.
"Shut up, Weasley!" Draco rebuked instantaneously.
As Wentworth emerged from the Hogwarts library carrying a pile of books, he noticed Harry standing nearby and greeted him warmly.
However, preoccupied with numerous responsibilities, Wentworth had little interest in engaging with the self-proclaimed savior before him.
His focus was divided between an enthrallment with ancient magic patterns and the impending opening of the Central Bank of the Magic World.
He diligently corresponded with Auston, providing guidance on the operation methods and management systems of modern banks.
Moreover, this year brought additional responsibilities, as Rosier and Abernathy deliberately presented challenges within the Alliance for Wentworth to handle, serving as practical exercises in leadership.
Given his current priorities, Wentworth chose to feign distraction upon encountering Harry, turning away and walking in the opposite direction.
Before Wentworth could return to the Hogwarts library, he noticed Hermione standing behind him, signaling that they sought his attention. Aware of their purpose, Wentworth was less inclined to engage in conversation.
However, his escape route seemed thwarted as he observed Draco in the left corridor and Ron in the right. It became evident that unless he resorted to magic to bypass one of them, Wentworth had little choice but to face the impending inquiry.
Acknowledging the situation, Wentworth sighed inwardly and reluctantly confronted the group, questioning, "Tell me, my dear juniors, what do you want from me?"
Recognizing that Wentworth hadn't forcefully departed, the group breathed a collective sigh of relief, grateful for his consideration.
Aware that resisting Wentworth would be futile, Harry approached, eager to pose his question, "Wentworth, I want to ask you, do you know what the monster in the secret room is?"
Upon hearing Harry's question, Wentworth furrowed his brows and expressed skepticism, asking, "The secret room? Monster? What are you talking about?"
Harry and the others exchanged bewildered glances, and eventually, Draco took the initiative to update Wentworth on recent events. "You see, we had a class earlier, and Professor McGonagall has been talking about strange noises coming from the secret room."
It dawned on Wentworth that, due to his busy schedule, he had overlooked significant occurrences happening around him.
He had forgotten about Harry and the Chamber of Secrets plot for the current semester.
While Cassandra and others were aware of the events, they chose not to involve Wentworth, considering that, as the heir of the Grindelwald family, he wasn't a target in Slytherin's plans.
Realizing the urgency of the situation, Wentworth, faced with the impatient gazes of Harry and the others, sighed and said, "If I tell you what the monster in the secret room is, will you let me go? I have urgent matters currently on hand..."
