"Mr. Blackwood, I already forward all the files from Astear Shipping Lines in your email Sir." Becky my PA said through the phone.

"Understood Becky, I am onto it. Do I have any more appointment for today?"

"Yes sir, Mr. Chen will be coming at 4." I sigh loudly when I remember what my meeting with Mr. Chen is about.

"Okay, thank you Becky. You can go to lunch now. Just do not forgot the usual for me."

"Aye, aye sir." She said before she finally hung up the phone. I just chuckle while I drop the device, thinking how crazy my PA is, as always. Getting back at the papers in my hand I begin to read but the words never register to my mind. Leaning to my chair I close my eyes, but the face of someone who I wanted to forget suddenly pops out of nowhere.

Its been a week already since I saw him first. And my wolf keeps demanding for us to be with our mate, but I become annoyed at him that I need to block him out. Its not I am keeping him from my mate, I just trying to process it all.

I know its totally messed up. All my life, I've been waiting for the special someone that will come to my life. That would love me unconditionally forever as long as we lived. But it all came crashing down when I first saw him, fully knowing that he is not someone I expected.

I become frustrated, and more close off to everyone. Not even talking to my brothers whenever I came home, I know they were afraid and worried for me but surprisingly they just leave me alone. But I know that I need to do something about it. And fast.

But truthfully I just do not know what to do anymore. My mind is in total chaos. I can't help to chide the Goddess for giving me someone who is not supposed to be with me. I'm also becoming frustrated and jealous to my brothers. They both have perfect mates, that anyone can ask for. But why I have someone like him. I'm the Alpha for godsake!!

Not to add, that Selena may appear again from nowhere. Its not the time to think about my mate problem. Preparing the whole pack for a war is my top priority. I know that I need to mate as soon as possible, so that I can become more stronger but I know that is impossible for me. Oh god,.. just thinking about it make me vomit..ugh..

I may becoming a cold hearted bastard or a douche, or whatever you wanted to call me but if you were in the same position as I am you will say the same thing.

Like everyday to calm my wolf I always drive near the place where first I saw my mate. Some days, he is not there, but hopefully not today so that I can rest for tonight. Having an alpha wolf always gave me problems in calming him, especially when he is becoming more annoying than usual.

I passed the familiar buildings and houses, and soon after I saw that I'm nearing my destination. Then I saw him, and like usual he is sitting alone in one of the benches. My wolf is clawing and thrashing inside, demanding that I go to him and talk to him. But just like every other time, I cowardly remain sitting inside of my car.

After half an hour that I watched him like some creep and my wolf finally calm, I switch on the gear of my car and slowly drove away.

The house is already dark when I arrived home. Glancing at my watch, I just shrugged when I saw that is almost 2 in the morning. I might be driving for quite a while now. I'm not sure, my mind is still in haze and I just wanted to relax.

"Trent, where have you gone?" Chester's voice almost make me scream, I do not expect him to still be awake at this time.

"Its none of your business Chess." I coldly snap at him.

"I know its not, but you are being an asshole this past few days! And how can you forget that we have a pack meeting at 7! I can't believe it, what is happening to you bro?? You are not like this!"

I curse at my self, I can't believe that I forgot something as important like that. I defeatedly slump down at a chair near me, while I bring my hands to my face. Totally frustrated about myself.

"Bro, whatever it is, its clearly eating you inside. We are here for you, and you can tell us what is bothering you. We are family and you know that you can trust us." Chester slowly said as he pat me at my back. Looking up, I saw his comforting smile the others were also there. They've must woken up when they heard us talking. Realizing what my brother have said broke the wall that I build around my heart this past few days.

And finally I broke down, my body tremble as the emotions flow out of my chest and I feel the need to clutch to Chester tightly as I sob my heart out . They were all surprised to see me like this. Its the first time they saw me cry, because I never let them saw my weak side. But just for today I want to let it go. All the frustrations and the emotions that I'm feeling this past few days. They all hug me, while they let me cry.

Its been half an hour, when I finally calm down. And all the embarrasment and shame filled my mind as I lowly hung my head. I know they are waiting for me to say something. And I am sure that they wanted some explanations about my current behaviour.

"I found my mate," I whisper softly. Gasp filled the room, but someone suddenly haul me upwards.

Deathon's angry face is the one greeted me. He is gripping my arm tightly as Kim hold onto him keeping him calm. "Did your mate reject you?" He ask.

I just shook my head as he continue to seeth at me totally annoyed by my lack of speech. I am actually surprised and it render me totally speechless.

"Calm down De, and put Trenton down." Chester calmly said. "But honestly Trent if your mate do not reject then what happened..., don't tell me you are the one who rejected your mate!" He then snap angrily.

My eyes widen. "No, I do not reject him. Fuck, I do not even talk to him yet. Its just... totally complicated." I softly said as I lower my head.

"How it is complicated huh? He is your mate and if you are a true man and alpha you should have done something so that you can bond with him. You are getting older for fuck sake, not to add that a war might break out any minute now. And as our Alpha, you need to be mated with your mate already!" Deathon huff angrily, and it make my blood boil.

"Can't you see that if I can I would have done it already! That is what is wrong with you,..to all of you! Spouting nonsense, like you all know what it feels like! Its my problem, so do not tell me what to do, because I know that more than any of you!" I snap angrily.

"Then what is the problem huh!?" Kim angrily said.

And that is it, something snap inside of me. And finally I lost it. "My mate is a fucking child you assholes!!"
