The New Hottie

Like every Monday Morning, you wake up and head down stairs for breakfast. You had nothing special, just some toast and orange juice. You get changed into a white button up shirt, a navy blue cardigan and a checkered skirt.

You went to school with Gwen Stacy. The one everyone adored. She was smart, cute and popular but you... You were the one who was always at the back. The one no one really noticed. But you were happy in your life.

You met Gwen and arrived at school. This was the only place where you felt safe, besides your bedroom. You head to Science; your favourite lesson. All of the others were so slow and lacked excitement.

Gwen and You talked at the start of the lesson until the Professor interrupted and the room went quiet.

"Hello Class, today we have a new student! This is Peter Parker. So if you will please take a seat somewhere in the class and get ready for class to start" the Professor said.

You stared at this new kid and he was gorgeous. He had messy brown hair, grey t-shirt that showed some of his muscle definition, black loose fitting jeans and a khaki green jacket that the hood was pulled over his head. This dude was a dream.

Wait No. You can't think that. Not after your past relationship drama.

He walked forward, head bowed down and took a seat behind you. Soon enough, everyone was back to their own conversations, chatting along merrily.

You span around and smiled at him as he sat down, "Hey, I'm Y/N, nice to meet you"

"I'm Peter, but I think you already knew that" he said quietly, a small smile appearing on his face.

You turn back to the board and started the calculations put up kn the screen. You were easily finished in a matter of minutes.

"Um, hey Y/N! Can you help me? Quantum physics and equations confuse me slightly" Peter whispered behind you.

"Yeah sure" you replied. You helped and guided Peter through all of the steps to the answer until he finally got it.

"Thanks!" he smiled.

You smiled back and after about 2 hours, Science was done and it was break. You walked out of the class and then Gwen grabbed and pulled you towards her.

"Seems like you and the new hottie are getting closeee" Gwen exclaimed.

"We just talked, Gwen" you replied rolling your eyes and grinning

"You two look kinda cute together, you know. You would be a great couple!" she said almost shouting.

"Jeez Gwen, can you say it any louder? The people half way across the world can hear you!" you say sarcastically.

You and Gwen walked to a quiet spot around the other side of the school and started studying.

"I wasn't lying earlier, you do know that right?" Gwen muttered.

"I'm not gonna date anyone yet. Not after my last relationship. And plus I need to study and focus on school at the moment" you explain.

"Ok... ok" she said as she buried her face in her studying book.

You also went back to studying but all you could think about was what Gwen had said.
