Meeting once again

Two months passed.

'Alright, let's hit the gym once again'

Right now, Ren, who somehow appeared more muscular than before, was about to enter the gym.

He was wearing a long-sleeved tight T-shirt, that perfectly showed his new improved look.

Today he was wearing a short however instead of the usual joggers.

It had become a daily routine for him to come to the gym in the morning.

He wakes up early and then stays until lunchtime before he finally heads back home. To have lunch with his aunt and little sister.

His relationship had grown familiar and now he treated them like real relatives.

Ren had also grown quite stronger than before.

His status normally shouldn't grow this fast. But Ren knew this was a result of the Goddess, Reine blessing him.

She had told him that his growth would be smooth and rapid.

Although his strength hadn't increased just yet, he felt like it would increase very soon.

Actually, his speed and magic increasing were already quite impressive.

He knew that other heroes, even after putting in the dedicated work, would not increase even one stat before a whole year would have passed.

But Ren was special as in he broke all rules and his body was uninhibited.

This could be further proved by Robin.

She had been training in this gym for a while now and had barely increased her stats to reach the B rank.

Her trait was A rank, but she knew that it would take her at least one or two years to reach those stats.

As to how did Ren come to know about all of this… It was because both of them had gotten close during this two-month period.

They could be said to be casual friends.

She had told him that she wasn't very active as a hero, and instead focused on her training to reach her full potential.

B rank, C rank, and below all had a certain quota they had to meet every week, but it wasn't as bad from B rank and above.

For her, she just had to participate in clearing a gate once per week, as for the rest she can choose whether to do so or not and then get paid for that.

A gate can be cleared more than once as the monsters would respawn after a time.

Clearing one gate per week allowed Robin to focus on herself. Her agency wasn't very strict.

Ren stepped inside the gym and headed towards his room after giving a brief greeting to the female clerk.

Just when he was about to open his door, the door opposite opened up.

"Oh, Ren, you came again. You're quite hardworking I see" Robin got out of the door and smiled at him. She had come even earlier than him.

Now seeing Ren, her mood couldn't help but turn happy.

He shared the smile.

"Yes, I want to focus on training until I feel I'm strong enough." He replied.

That's right, at the very least, he wanted to reach B rank in all stats before taking a short break to adapt to his strength. B rank wasn't to be underestimated.

It would still take him a while to do so, but he was hopeful.

"You're really dedicated" She spoke up as she could feel his determination using her skill.

It was not that she tried to use the skill on purpose, but that it was a passive ability, which meant it was always activated.

'It's the same as before…' She thought to herself as she gazed at his form.

Ever since a while now, the moment her eyes are laid upon him, her body would just heat up and her thoughts would become all about him.

But she didn't particularly dislike it…

Ren gave her a nod.

"You are the same no? I have seen you almost every day here at the gym haha" He complimented her back.

By now, he had gotten accustomed to her presence to not be a leering jerk toward her.

But that didn't mean that she was no longer such a weapon of mass destruction that would work on every man.

It was just him struggling to play it cool and ignoring the thoughts of pushing her down.

"Hmm, that's right. Come to think of it, I have never seen you train, would it be possible for me to watch your routine?" Robin smiled at his compliment before she remembered.

She had never seen how strong Ren was, but now his form was showing her plenty of proof about his strength, unlike the first time when he was wearing baggy clothes.

Ren had a puzzled look on his face for a second, since he didn't know why she'd want to watch him just training and sweating, but after a bit, he nodded his head.

He then opened the door and entered inside, followed by Robin, who in term had already closed her room.

'I can finally see what this guy is packing…' Robin who entered inside grabbed a chair and just sat there waiting.

She was quite a young girl, only 23 years old this year, so she had her fantasies too.

Ren being near her age, and very much possibly as strong as her, made her interested in him. Especially since her body reacted positively around him.

'Ever since the first time, he managed to pick my interest.'

She watched him as he put his bag on the side and started to operate the room and equipment.

She could see him taking off his t-shirt and only wearing a muscles tank top, which showed his strong vigorous steel muscles.

Her cheeks were dyed red as her eyes drank his form.

He then started his training routine.

Beyond that though, she was also intrigued about Ren. How strong was he? what was his trait? and so on.

It didn't hurt if she also managed to sneak a peek at his naked form, cough cough, at his training form.

Her gaze was intense as she took in every detail.

She secretly gave a nod to herself after watching him for a bit.

In fact, she had been feeling a weird attraction sensation towards him every time she was with him. This was leading her to consider Ren more often.

Ren then, while engaging in small talk asked Robin.

"I have seen a video of you using your superhero trait, and I wanted to ask you, do those constructs you make, share the same sensory system as you?" He asked her.

Although this Robin was similar to the one from One piece, Ren still managed to find some things that were different.

For example, in here she didn't have a devil fruit, instead, her trait was similar, being called Blooming Flowers.

She had explained to him that her trait allowed her to create body parts easily, and then use them to fight.

She did tell him she had a hobby of reading books and wanted to search for the reason the gates and monsters came to be.

"Hmm, this is actually a secret, but since it's you I'll tell you. Actually, they do share the same with me. If a monster injures one of the body parts I made, I will also feel the same pain." Robin replied.

Her eyes were quite helpless at this moment.

Ren stopped his exercise for a second and sat upright.

"Is that one of the reasons for why you are training very hard?" He asked her.

Robin's eyes turned sad for a bit before they soon gained a determined glint. She was reminded of her past briefly.

After a bit, she replied to Ren with a small smile.

"To be the best hero I can, I have to at least do this much." She replied.

Ren smiled.

"You can definitely achieve your goals with such a mindset." He encouraged her.

To which she smiled. His words were important to her, she needed the encouragement.

He then continued on his training.

'She also has her own reasons I see.' He thought to himself, meanwhile. He still had a lot he didn't know about her.

"By the way, I have never seen you using your trait, will you train it later?" Robin asked after a bit. She had regained her calm.

Ren put the equipment aside as he sat upright and grabbed a bottle from the side after wiping his sweat.

"Yes, I will. Come to think of it I never told you about it yeah? Well, I'll show you later."

Ren replied. Maybe, they could even spar a bit.
