A pair of misfits in TBATE

(3rd Person POV)

"*Sigh* This is boring. I thought after being reborn I don't need to learn anymore."

A teenager who had a long shoulder length blonde hair and an explosion-shaped scar on his left chin said nonchalantly while looking at the sunset as he suck on a straw that was in a grape juice box. Then a voice from his back interrupt him

"You are not exactly the sharpest tool in the shed Mr Shishiba."

The voice belongs to a girl who looks like a six years old. She have a long black hair and an uneven fringe alongside crimson pairs of eyes as she looks at the blonde teenager blankly while eating a vanilla sundae. She then continue her talk as her face look at the blondie without changing an expression

"You dropped out of the academy before you got taken in by Mr Yotsumura right Mr Shishiba? I think this is a good chance for you to learn from scratch again."

The blonde or Shishiba look at the girl while putting the straw on his lower lips with a blank face as the black haired girl finish her talk

"Are you calling me stupid Osaragi?"

The black haired girl that was named Osaragi only continue eating her vanilla sundae while looking at Shishiba blankly.

*Sigh*

Shishiba sigh softly as he saw Osaragi reaction. His former mentee, now his little sister had not changed at all from his past life as he remembered his past life

Shishiba and Osaragi comes from a different world. They both worked as assassins in JAA (Japanese Association of Assassins). Shishiba and Osaragi are two of the finest elite in the association as they were grouped with other assassins who is either stronger than them or at the same level as them. While on a mission to kill Shishiba mentor that is Mr Yotsumura Shishiba, Osaragi and another assassin who was on their group Mr Yotsumura managed to kill all three of them before dying of blood loss.

Osaragi and Shishiba got reborn by some weird circumstances and got thrown into a pair of siblings body. They don't really feel guilty for taking a kids body and neither feeling excited for a new life. Their reaction goes like this

'Oh.... I see'

'Okay...'

Both of them treat it as nothing more than just a dust that was on the table. After knowing that they're both were reborn they decide to search for information in what world they were in. After a few hours of rummaging through their memories they finally know where and who they are.

The pair of siblings before being possessed by Osaragi and Shishiba was actually quite well known in the place they were living in that was called Xyrus city. They're both surprisingly have the same appearance and name as Shishiba and Osaragi before they died. The pair were famous because they're both a son and a daughter to a famous nobleman named Yoichi.

Yoichi is a biological father to both Shishiba and Osaragi. His wife passed away after giving birth to Osaragi. He spoils and love both of his children dearly. He works as an advisor for Blaine Glayder who is a king to Sapin kingdom. Just like Vincent Helstea, Yoichi does not discriminate against the commoner and treated them as equal. Thus, making him one of the most reputable person in the kingdom.

"What are you thinking so deeply about Mr Shishiba?"

A childish yet emotionless voice broke Shishiba out of his reminiscing. He just waved his hand dismissively as he throw away the grape juice box away

"Nothing, let's go back."

He said nonchalantly to which Osaragi nodded her head blankly while eating her sundae as they both heading towards their mansion
