He might have accepted it if Zheng Yuwan did not say it out loud but Zheng Ze became more insistent since she did. He was insistent as Zheng Yuwan believed that he was weaker than Chu Li. Hence, he had rather tend to his injury all by himself and not accept Chu Li's help in any way.
