The moment the sorcerers fled, the reinforcement troops were easily defeated. From a magic tower in Lonestar City, Aini was using his Spirit Gaze and saw that the troops from the north camp were fleeing toward the west. Although he could not see everything clearly, he guessed that Saleen must have defeated the north camp.

Weren't there only 100,000 men? Aini wondered before immediately asking someone to call for Nailisi.

Recently, Nailisi and Aini had been sneaking outside the city to kill some of the enemy soldiers. So far, their endeavors had been successful, for as long as there were less than a hundred enemy soldiers, they two of them had been able to kill them all.

If Saleen was unable to arrive in time, Nailis and Aini would have to go deep into the camps to start killing the enemies. The lure of the blood soul tower was so great that Aini was willing to take that risk.
