72HOURS OF CASTLE (2)

It was 5am , when the sky has been full with dark clouds announcing that it will rain.

Someone was preparing herself looking hurried . She looked through the window and frown a little her face.

"Please this rain wait that I should arrive at work" she said

'Meow!'

"Nounou let me go before it fall, bye!" She fondle her cat nounou before leaving.

The young girl arrived to her work, it was a fast-food of the place, she had to come early to clean it before the opening.

She opened the door while closing the door, her hair got stuck in the door.

"Ouch! Stupid door"

She reopened the door for her hairs to be free.

"It's not the door that's stupid, it's your hairs, they're too long" a voice coming from the kitchen said.

The young girl startled. The person that spoke came to the light and we could clearly see his face.

"Amber-ruby cut these hairs, they are too long" said the person with a smile

"You frightened me, Duncan" said amber-ruby

"Plus, what are you doing here? It's too early " she added

He pointed outside "look at the sky, I was running from it" said Duncan

POV AMBER-RUBY.

Duncan was the cook of the small fast-food. He is kind, helpful and smiling young man but they was something about him that I couldn't explain. When I observed him there's something, his aura wasn't like for other people. He was mysterious and he really don't look like commoners I mean, for example each time I great him, his hand are so soft, he's too much 'chivalrous' as if he came from an important family like those people from the high society.

We were closed enough, I mean good friends. He started to work in the fast-food since 4months and the feeling was good, I can even said the he's my best friend actually.

The day was passing very fast, as usual we had many clients due to the delicious plate that Duncan cooked.

I oftened wonder, how did a talented cook like him is doing here in a small fast food. He could work in a five stars restaurants and hotels but he decided to work here.

Thé fast-food closed at 8pm . It was just remaining Duncan and I. I exchanged myself and he did the same thing .

"I can close the fast-food if you want. I know you are staying far from here and I don't want that rain catches you here" he proposed

"You can do that for me?" I took her small voice

"It's cute!" I said " And taxis with this climate will be difficult " I added

"I'm your hero, I know" he smirked

"Nonsense!" I kissed him on his cheek "bye, see you tomorrow"

The wind was becoming stronger and taxis was very rare, I stood for 45minutes here waiting for a taxi but nothing. I looked at the sky and I felt a drop on my forehead and another on my cheek,rain started to fell.

I hesitated to go into the fast-food , I gave the key to Duncan and I didn't knew if he was still there. I called him but he didn't reply to his phone, I decided to go maybe the universe will be with me and Duncan will be at the fast-food.

I ran to the fast-food, knocked but no replied. I try to opened the door and to my great surprise it was opened.

"Duncan is still here actually"

But strangely all the lights were off, where have he gone ? I hope nothing happened to him.

I took the broom that was near a chair for my defense, I walked slowly, going to the kitchen I saw noone then I went behind the fast-food, while approaching the back of the fast food I could hear voices.

"Your father is asking questions, it's been 4months that you're here. He's getting worried"

"Tell to my father that I'm alright, tell him that his businesses are going well"

'I recognize this voice' I thought

'It's Duncan's voice'

I approaches myself to see the people talking and effectively I saw Duncan and two other men ,all in black.

"Prince Ace, your father is not stupid. He know exactly that you didn't came here for his businesses" said one man

'Prince?? Ace?? Who's that'

Duncan faced changed , it looked displeased.

"Just tell him that the reason while I'm here will be achieved soon" he said

'Duncan is a prince?' My eyes were widely opened.

I finally opened my mouth.

"So, you're a prince? And your real name is Ace!" I said with astonishment .

Thunder was heard and lightning could be seen.
