By Thunderstrike16, Living with 13 siblings, 11 sisters and 2 brothers in total, is everyday normal for the Loud House. But when they get sent to visit their Great Uncle Stan for the Summer in Gravity Falls, Oregon, some crazy stuff will happen. How will the Loud Siblings' make it through the weirdness of Gravity Falls?
How it All Began
It was a nice normal summer day, a family that had twins, were having a picnic in a park with some friends, and they were all having a fun time. And nearby there was a big sign that said 'Welcome to Gravity Falls'.
One would think this was going to be a normal typical day, well…
A golf cart crashed through the sign, and in that golf cart was a group of kids of different age groups screaming in terror as they landed, and the one driving ended up swerving a little, until she got control back. And she then continued driving as fast as she could from an unknown person or creature. Said unknown person or creature was roaring in the forest, running after them, and knocking down some trees in the process.
The kids that were the ones being chased, were the Loud Family, a family composed of 13 kids, eleven girls and two boys. The other person with them, who was Mexican-America, and was eleven years old, was Ronnie Anne Santiago, Lori's boyfriend's sister, and friend of Lincoln Loud.
"Ahhhh!" They all shouted in terror, and the scene froze.
'Ah summer break. A time for leisure, taking a break from school, relaxation, and just taking it easy.' Dipper Loud narrated.
'Unless you're us at this moment.' Lincoln Loud narrated as well.
The scene unfroze, and the cart continued on driving away from whatever was chasing them.
"Oh my God! Oh my God!" Lori Loud said, freaking out as she drove.
"Like, this is the worst day ever!" Leni Loud said, freaking out along with her eldest sister.
"It's getting closer!" Leia 'Mabel' Loud yelled.
"Hold on!" Dipper said.
"I honestly don't know why we're running; we should stand our ground, and fight this thing! I'll knock its lights out!" Lynn Jr. Loud said, while holding a bat.
"Y'know if we did stop, it would be lights out for us! Haha! Get it?" Luan Loud said.
"Not the time Luan. Oh yeah sure Lynn that's a great idea! We might as well let Lucy or her friends in the Morticians Club plan our funerals!" Lincoln said.
"I agree with Lincoln, under normal circumstances I would agree we should stand our ground, but considering that thing is able to kill us, no thank you!" Ronnie Anne said.
"This is so cool! I thought going to Gravity Falls would be boring, but this is fun!" Lana Loud cheered.
"Are you kidding?! This is worse than staying at Aunt Ruth's!" Her twin, Lola Loud wailed.
"Sigh, I knew our lives would end soon." Lucy Loud said.
"I concur, considering that there a number of reasons for us to be obstructed from getting away. Like Lori's reckless driving will cause us to overturn, some type of obstacle or hazard will stop us. Then our untimely demise will surely be certain." Lisa Loud said.
"So not the time, little dude!" Luna Loud said. "If we do go out, I'm glad Sam has all of our samples for our music."
"Look out!" Mabel yelled.
True to what Lisa said, whatever was chasing them, chucked a large tree in their path, and everyone screamed, but the scene froze before they made impact.
'Right, so you're all probably wondering how we all got into this situation in the first place. But first introductions. My name is Dipper, my real name is Lucas, Dipper is my nickname, but that will be explained later on.' Dipper narrated.
'And I'm his younger brother by a year, Lincoln. The girl about to puke next to Dipper, is his twin Mabel. And the others are our other sisters, and from Oldest to Youngest: Lori, Leni, Luna, Luan, Lynn, Lucy, Lola, Lana, and Lisa. We have one more sister, Lily, but she didn't come along with us for the trip. While the other girl with us is my friend Ronnie Anne Santiago, and is the younger sister of Bobby Santiago, who is Lori's boyfriend. And you may all be wondering why we're in a golf cart, fleeing from a creature of unimaginable horror.'
'Well it all started a week ago, when school had just ended for us, and our parents wanted to give us an announcement, and were all in the living room, waiting in excitement, without knowing what we would be going through a week later.' Dipper explained.
A week before, everyone was in the living room, either sitting on the couch or sitting on the ground, talking excitedly. The last day of school for all of them was today, and they were hoping to start their summer vacation soon, but they had to wait, due to their parents asking them to wait, due to an announcement they had.
Lincoln looked around at his siblings, and looked at the readers, and said," Ah yes Summer Break, the time of year where every kid can enjoy close to 3 months worth of days away from school. But in the Loud House, enjoying Summer Vacation is a hassle when you have 11 sisters, and you only have yourself and your older brother. So when it comes to planning on what you want to during Summer Break, everyone has their own ideas on what to do."
"I hope I get to go to Football or Soccer Camp, got to keep in shape when the seasons start in the fall." Lynn said with a fist pump.
"Who wants to do that? I want to go to Princess Camp." Lola said.
"I can't wait for it to get hotter. My lizards need the sun, and also the best way is to cool off is by making mud puddles, and rolling in them." Lana said.
"Dudes, you're forgetting that this is prime concert times, as well as summer festivals! Mick Swagger, Green Nigh, Bowling for Ramen, My Explosive Romance, Seeing Dragons, Hotplay, Smooch! Man, Sam and I are going to have a blast." Luna excitedly said and Lily, who was sitting on her lap, giggled happily.
"All the summer fashion to make, I like have some totes awesome ideas. Also, there's a summer worker exchange program at Reininger's. Miguel and Fiona are thinking about doing it, and so am I." Leni excitedly said.
"Making summer sweaters would be a good idea. Oh! We can bedazzle them as well. And I can also have a summer romance like those romance novels." Mabel said.
"Poetry Camp, to fill the darkness. Ya." Lucy said in her usual monotone.
"Hopefully I will be able to experiment on Lampyridae to see if I can make them actually Exothermically Combust." Lisa said, but only got stares from her siblings, with the exception of Dipper and Lincoln, who were somewhat able to decipher or translate what she normally said.
Lisa could only sigh in slight annoyance at the looks she was getting.
"Let's hope I can get some new material for my act if I go to Comedy Camp. I don't want to be a bummer, once summer ends. Haha. Get it?" Luan said with a laugh.
Everyone groaned at the pun, except for Mabel, who laughed.
"All of Summer to spend time with Bobby, we have to make up for all the time since he moved to the city. Also, you get time to spend more time with Ronnie Anne." Lori dreamily said, and the last part teasingly.
All the females in the room looked at the white haired boy in question with expectant smiles. Hoping that their little brother had done anything that had won points with Ronnie Anne, or he had finally admitted his feelings towards her.
Dipper merely shook his head in annoyance, but also glad they weren't hounding him about anything girl or romance related.
"I am not putting any moves on her. And she's not my girlfriend!" Lincoln automatically said.
He was sorta used to their meddling in his nonexistent romantic life, but it was still annoying.
"Says the guy who told her that he was looking forward to hanging out with her during the summer, when you guys last video chatted." Dipper teased.
The girls gasped, and Lincoln gave his brother a glare, while Dipper snickered. But they both covered their ears, due to knowing what would happen next.
"EEEEEEEEEE!" The girls, sans Lisa, loudly squealed in happiness.
"Normally I don't care for inane human emotions but… EEEEEEEE!" Lisa said, joining in.
The squealing only lasted about a moment more, before Lincoln or Dipper could stop them, due to Leni interrupting the moment.
"Wait, I just thought of something. What about us? Like, you're going off to Fairway in the Fall." Leni said, and everyone looked at the oldest Loud sibling.
Another important thing was that this was also Lori's last year of High School, and she had already graduated from High School last week. So everyone was hoping to spend as much as with the eldest Loud sibling before she went off to college.
Lori gave her siblings a small smile, and said," Don't worry guys, I will literally be spending as much time with you all as possible. And believe me, I will be in constant contact with you all when I'm not at home."
This caused everyone to hug her, and Lori hugged them back.
Unfortunately the moment was ruined, due them hearing gentle crying. They all looked to see their parents, Lynn Sr. and Rita Loud standing in front of them, but Lynn Sr. was crying softly, while Rita comforted him.
"Once again sniff, reminded about my oldest going off to college. I'm gonna miss you sweetie." He said as he lightly sobbed into his hands.
Knowing her husband would be emotional for a bit, Rita wiped a stray tear from her eye, and then said," Once again, sweetie, we're proud of you, and wish you the best in the Fall. But, the reason why your father and I wanted you all here, because he we have a surprise for you all. And it involves Summer Break."
Everyone leaned in anticipation, ready to hear what their parents had to say.
"Your all, minus Lily, will be spending the summer with your Great Uncle Stan in Gravity Falls, Oregon!" She happily said.
Out of all the things the Loud kids were expecting, they weren't expecting that. They were only quiet for a moment, and then they all started talking at once.
"We're what?"
"That's lame! Going to football or soccer camp sound way better!"
"Ooo! This sounds fun!"
"Like, will we be staying in a hotel?"
"I hope Uncle Stan will be able to stand us all! Ha, ha! Get it?"
"Rents, this totally bogus!"
"But… what about spending time with Bobby?! Or Lincoln and Ronnie Anne finally admitting their feelings for each other! This is literally unfair!"
"I don't like her like that! Also, dang' it, I had plans with Clyde, Rusty, Liam, Zach, and Stella for the summer."
"Same here bro, I had plans with Brock."
"I concur with our eldest sibling, not regarding the relationship issues, but with the injustice of our future trip."
"Sigh, why must life torture me."
"So not happening! What if we have to stay in the woods, and what if he has toes like Aunt Ruth, and makes us eat moldy pudding!?" Lola said in disgust.
Lana didn't share her twins sentiment by excitedly saying," That would be awesome!"
Lynn Sr. had finally gotten himself together, and said," Sorry everyone butt there are no butts." He said, and pointed at his rear.
Everyone, with the exception of Luan and Mabel, groaned at their fathers joke.
"But seriously, you all will have a great time. It'll be fun!" Rita said.
Everyone still wasn't onboard with it, but Lincoln decided lighten the mood by saying.
"C'mon guys, it can't be that bad, what's the worst that could happen?"
If he had only known what the summer had in store for him and his family.
It was a couple of days later, and Lincoln was packing his Suitcase in the room he shared with Dipper, who was also doing the same. He looked at the readers and said.
"Hey it's Lincoln again, so as you can tell, we are all packing for our trip to Gravity Falls. Believe me, I wasn't thrilled at first, and the gang were disappointed, but Zach was the most disappointed, due to hearing about weird things about Gravity Falls, which made sense, considering him and parents are into aliens and Conspiracy Theories, so I guess things might be interesting there. What do you think the town and Grunkle Stan will be like, Dip?" He asked the last part to his brother.
Dipper was packing and said," Well from what we known and seen of him, I would say he's like Flip. But a little bit nicer.
They had met their Great Uncle Stan before, he most recently visited when Lily was born, and it was very memorable, due to him walking into Rita's hospital room and saying.
'Grunkle Stan is here for another kid being born. And let me guess, another girl? As if anyone didn't see that coming.'
You would think that the Loud kids would know him well, but they didn't that much. Outside of the visits, and cards, he didn't stick around that long, due to him always saying 'time is money'. And from what the Loud kids knew of him, he was like Flip, who also owned a business, did some shady things, and cared about money, but Stan seemed nicer, even though he was grumpy and old.
The last part they had gotten from Lori, who had known him long enough to know what he was like. And also his mannerisms when he stayed.
"Yeah, I can see what you are getting at. Still can't believe we'll be spending summer break with him. Too bad Clyde and Brock can't come."
"Or Ronnie Anne?" Dipper said with knowing grin.
Lincoln rolled his eyes, and said," Very funny, you didn't see me tease you when you had a crush on that girl… Megan was it?"
Dipper rubbed the back of his neck with a small blush, chuckled, and said," Right got it."
A loud excited scream went through the house. At first, the boys thought the girls heard them talking, and would break down the door, and go full on 'Meddling Mode'. But after they didn't hear footsteps approaching their door, they opened it, looked out, along with everyone else, to see Lori in the hallway jumping up and down excitedly.
"Ooo, what's with the excitement? Is it something awesome like dogs with hats?" Mabel asked.
"No, Bobby is coming with us!" Lori said happily.
"Seriously, like how?" Leni asked.
"He as family down there as well, and he managed to convince his mom and his Abuelo to let him and Ronnie Anne to go there with us! Well, as long as he could find a job, but I think he can get one at Stan's shop."
"So, does that mean their cousins in Great Lakes are going as well?" Lincoln asked, and he was secretly happy that Ronnie Anne was coming with them.
"What about the Yamamoto's?" Luna asked.
"There not coming. At least I don't have to deal with Carl's attempt's at flirting. But Tadashi and his siblings might come later on for a visit." Lori explained.
"Hey Linc, did you hear, your future wife, is going as well." Luan said with everyone else awing or laughing.
"Your right, Lincoln, I'll be the Maid of Honor while Bobby is the best man at yours and Ronnie Anne's wedding!" Lori squealed.
"Very funny, you and Bobby keep your pants on then, alright." Lincoln said and immediately regretted what he said.
Everyone who knew what Lincoln was referring to gasped, while the ones who didn't have a clue had confused looks. But they all got out of the way in fear of Lori, who was blushing profusely, her eye twitching and had an angry look. Lincoln figured out what he said wrong and gulped.
"Lincoln, I'm going to turn you into a Human Pretzel!" Lori screamed and lunged at him with Lincoln screaming in terror.
2 days later all the Loud kids were at the Airport with Bobby and Ronnie Anne, their parents and the Casagrande's were seeing them off. Everyone said their goodbyes, boarded the plane, and sat in their seats.
Lucas looked around as everyone sat in their seats and could only imagine how the Flight Crew and other passengers will deal with his crazy family.
Even though Lori threatened swift retribution against them if there was any mishaps or problems. That got them to behave... well hopefully.
"Well, we're finally off, looks out Gravity Falls, here comes the Loud Family. Am I right?" He said to the readers and then felt terror when Lisa, who was sitting next to him, started to list off what could happen on the plane.
Fortunately for him, Lori was sitting in front of them. She turned and looked over their seat and said.
"Lisa, if you don't literally shut up, I will make your time in Gravity Falls a living nightmare. Got it." She threatened.
Lisa visibly gulped and said," I will. Scouts honor."
Dipper knew this was going to be a long flight, he then felt a tapping on his shoulder and saw Leia, who was sitting with Luan and Lynn in the middle aisle. She had a set of earplugs in her hand, and he happily accepted them.
"Thanks Mabel."
"Anytime brobro."
