She LOLed by herself, imagining Karl, who's usually all closed up and quiet, possibly getting caught doing something embarrassing or funny in that break room.

Jane hit play on one of the recordings from the Break Room. Initially, the recording just showed an empty room, only a coffee machine and some neatly arranged chairs. But as she played it further, she saw something weird. She saw herself and Karl.

Jane stared at the screen, feeling amused and curious at the same time watching herself with Karl in the recording. At first, the recording only showed the two of them sitting next to each other, looking like they're chatting casually. But the more she looked, their expressions started to seem a bit more... intimate.
