The Past Yet Future

I decided to buy 3 Background Customizers and use them for Pearl, Neji, and Ventress. The first summon was Pearl.

'Her full name will be Fidus Gemma. I will make her background be a young live-in staff of my mansion. She is an orphan, and I took her off the streets and gave her a job. She will be a more pale ivory instead of her dull ivory. No net worth.'

Pearl: "Hello master."

Rio: "Hello Pearl. I am Rio and I hope we can get along."

Pearl: "Yes master."

Rio: "Can you call me Rio instead as I don't like being called master."

Pearl: "Yes... Rio."

Rio: "I will have you learning how to operate in this world before I have any tasks for you. Do you need anything from me?"

Pearl: "I only need you to never abandon me. I don't want to be alone again."

Rio: "I promise you I won't abandon you. You are now my friend and friends don't leave friends behind. Now take this datapad and read and learn what you can from it."

Pearl nods and takes the datapad and sits down in the corner to read. I decide to move on to the next summon.

'His full name will be Neji Hizashi Hyūga. Neji will be the patriarch of a prestigious clan from Japan. He will be a recent friend of mine after he purchased sentinels from me. His father was assassinated by staff members. This made him buy sentinels and other droids I can offer as replacements for his human staff. He lives in a family estate in the Okayama Prefecture region. His Net Worth is 15 Billion USD or 1.5 Trillion Yen.'

Neji: "Thank you for saving my life and freeing me from the Cursed Seal!"

Rio: "You are welcome but there is no need to bow. I am sure you received new memories and understand that officially we are friends. I hope we can make it a true statement."

Neji: "I will try my best. I know this is a selfish request but can you tell me what became of my cousin and my world."

Rio: "No problem. Your sacrifice meant a lot to everyone and led them to continue the fight. The world was saved and Naruto married Hinata. Let me show you what I have seen of what happened after your death."

I tapped his forehead and a gong sound happened as I carefully lowered Neji to the ground. It takes a bit but eventually, Neji wakes up and I see he is crying.

Neji: "Thank you for showing me. I am eternally grateful."

Rio: "You're welcome now here is a datapad that will tell you everything you need to know. You are extraordinarily wealthy so use your training to avoid assassins. My Sentinels will help but they can't stop everything. Oh, and I will be sending you Mr. Handy's and some other prototype robots. Lastly, Orochimaru is here, and if you need help with anything Charkra related he can help. He can be trusted completely I promise."

Neji nods and leaves with Sebas to his temporary living quarters. I then move on to the last summon.

'Her full name will be Asajj Nerec Ventress. An orphan from Canada she came to New York to find work. Works as a bounty hunter and mercenary. Lives in a small house in New York. Net Worth 1 Million USD.'

In a bright flash of light Ventress appears when she sees me I feel shock and recognition.

Ventress: "R-rio, is that you? I thought you went missing. Were you summoned here as well?"

Rio: "Wait, Ventress is that really you? If it really is you what happened in sector 9?"

Ventress: "Ugggggh! It was an accident! Why won't you let it go."

Rio: "Say what happened or else I won't believe it was you."

Ventress: "Sigh. I walked in on you while you were bathing. But in my defense, no one could sense you."

Rio: "The door was marked as occupied! I also had my clothing outside the bath. It was obvious I was in there."

Ventress: "I didn't see the occupied sign."

Rio: "You still won't admit you peeked at me on purpose."

Ventress: "IT WAS AN ACCIDENT!"

We glare at each other then we burst into laughter.

Rio: "HAHAHAHA! Ah, it's great to see you again Ventress. How have you been?"

Ventress: "I have been good all things considered but I have to know since when can you use magic?"

Rio: "Technically I could always do it I just didn't have my memories unlocked back then."

Ventress: "Memories? Never mind, what happened to you? Nobody ever figured out what exactly happened to you."

Rio: "My fleet was ambushed. We tried to escape but when we were entering hyperspace an explosion occurred causing us to blast into a blind jump. I have no idea how the Republic knew where the fleet would be but they did."

Ventress: "Dooku investigated your disappearance but never found out who the leak was or if there was a leak. As for for how the Republic knew Dooku learned that much later after he struck a deal with the Jedi Order."

Rio: "Really, Dooku made an agreement with the Jedi?"

Ventress: "Yes, Dooku never gave up on finding you. He never once believed you died but he did acknowledge that you were most likely the target. Not long after your disappearance, I was called back to Serenno where Dooku told me that you disappeared and that Sidious was most likely behind it. He told me that I was likely the next target."

Rio: "Palpatine huh? I guess that makes sense. I imagine he learned about Dookus Black Hand and wanted me gone, right?"

Ventress: "That was Dooku's guess. He spent billions of credits trying to find you or what happened to you. At first, he was hesitant to betray Sidious but then something happened that confirmed Dooku's theory at least in his eyes. Sidious ordered Dooku to kill me."

Rio: "I am not surprised that the wrinkly skink did that."

Ventress: "Luckily Dooku predicted it might happen so when he was telling me that I was going to die he gave me 3 secret words in his message. Hostage, Hide, and Kill. He was a hostage. He was ordering me to go into hiding. And lastly, he was ordered to kill me. I still barely survived the battle but I went into hiding and Dooku contacted the Jedi Order with an offer. He would sell out Sidious and in exchange, he wanted everything they had on what happened to your fleet."

Rio: "I knew Dooku saw me as his son but I never thought he would go that far."

Ventress: "Wait you knew?"

Rio: "I talked to Dooku not too long ago and he named me Count of Serenno. I also graduated from his tutelage. It was his spirit summoned by the Force."

Ventress: "Oh, well that's good. It was one of his few regrets at the end that he never learned what happened to you. The Jedi were skeptical of his knowledge but it took them only a week to confirm one of the pieces of info. Order 66. The Jedi panicked. With all the info Dooku gave them they realized they were doomed."

Rio: "Yeah the Republic had already fallen once the Clone Wars started. The Jedi were basically doomed no matter what they did."

Ventress: "The Jedi worked to evacuate Coruscant and move all their artifacts to a secret temple. It worked fairly well and the Jedi moved to try to be in a position that allowed as few Jedi as possible to die when Order 66 was initiated. Meanwhile, I was gathering allies for the destruction of the fallen republic. I made a false apprentice for Dooku that he could use for a time as a stopgap measure. Dooku gathered all the incriminating evidence he could find and was prepared to release it to the public to hopefully make Sidious's reign as difficult as possible."

Rio: "Was the new apprentice Savage Opress?"

Ventress: "Yes, how did you know?"

Rio: "I have seen a few possible futures of yours. Most don't end well. One had you train Savage as a sleeper agent to assassinate Dooku. It fails and the Nightsisters are wiped out except you and 1 or 2 others."

Ventress: "Ah I see. Well, the massacre still happened. Sidious had ordered Grevious to wipe out the Nightsisters and would have succeeded if Dooku had not warned us in time. We fought bravely but we stood no chance against a massive droid army. A dozen members survived and went into hiding. Savage was officially dead but really sent on a mission to find Darth Maul so he could help defeat Sidious and his new empire."

Rio: "That seems a bit risky. Maul is Sith through and through. He would likely betray you if given the chance."

Ventress: "He would if his mother wasn't on our side. Mother Talzin was more interested in killing Sidious or destroying his empire than ruling the Galaxy. Combine that with the fact that Mother Talzin didn't live to see Sidious die and you understand that Maul was of little consequence."

Rio: "What happened after she died."

Ventress: "Maul disappeared. Last I heard of him he was ruling a group of criminals with his brother. But more to the point we had gathered many allies. Dooku was still leading the C.I.S. but he was assisting us in creating a New Republic while we tried to hide our movements from Sidious. We ended up gathering a large amount of allies and our forces increased massively after the invasion on Coruscant."

Rio: "Wait wouldn't Sidious gain more allies after the invasion?"

Ventress: "He did for a little bit but lost about 3 quarters of the amount he gained when Sidious was outed as the leader of the C.I.S. and further guilty of creating and commanding Grevious. Dooku made it so that when he died the info would be released. It worked excellently as Sidious couldn't hide the information and even though Sidious activated Order 66 only a few hundred Jedi died. His rise to power as Emprorer was a very unstable thing. Not that it mattered much as only a few days after his ascension he disappeared."

Rio: "What do you mean disappeared?"

Ventress: "Just that. He vanished and when he did a bunch of contingency plans were activated which allowed the Empire to still run without him. Mind you it weakened the Empire greatly but it still stood and moreover, it caused the New Republic to formally rise and declare war. The Empire lasted 5 years before it collapsed."

Rio: "I am glad it didn't last very long."

Ventress: "I was appointed the new leader of the C.I.S. after its shadow council was killed and most of our territories were slowly recovered from the Empire. Most of the MegaCorps that ran the C.I.S. were absorbed by the Empire but that had the nice effect that the Empire mostly ignored the C.I.S. We were seen as minor threats and thus we had a lot of time to rebuild."

Rio: "Really? They put you in charge?"

Ventress: "Yes and for your information I was a great leader during my time. I learned many things while the leader and also before. I learned that Sidious was the one who ordered your fleet to be destroyed I also learned many Jedi and Sith techniques from the large amount of knowledge left behind by Sidious."

Rio: "So you can guarantee it was Sidious?"

Ventress: "Yes, but I couldn't figure out how he knew you would be there. I know that Sidious had learned of you and was scared of you. He couldn't sense you nor could he see you in any of his visions. You were a blindspot that he couldn't afford. I also learned that he never stopped worrying about you. He never got confirmation of your death. The last thing related to you was that Dooku had confronted Sidious on the Invisible Hand about what happened to you. Sidious lied to Dooku and said he had no idea what Dooku was talking about."

Rio: "I am not surprised. Did the C.I.S. coexist with the New Republic?"

Ventress: "Yes, I made sure that during my reign the C.I.S. maintained good relations with the New Republic."

Rio: "My next question is how did you die?"

Ventress: "The Vong invaded the galaxy and at the time a group called the Emperor's Hand was attacking the New Republic. Even with a massive alliance between C.I.S. and the New Republic, many worlds were lost and quintillions of lives were lost. I died shortly before the War ended after the Vong had ambushed my fleet. I was able to foresee the alliance winning the war and the C.I.S. surviving so I let go and accepted my death. Then right after I died I recieved your summoning offer. I accepted it as I wanted something new and the Force was telling me to accept it."

Rio: "Well I am glad you accepted the summoning and I am happy to hear the C.I.S. survived and that what I fought for mattered. Now take this Datapad and read everything on it. It will tell you everything you need to know."

I wanted to show what happened to the Star Wars universe after Rio left as he will never permanently return to it. Also, I won't guarantee that every summon from Star Wars will be from Rio's galaxy but an occasional one will be. If you have any suggestions as to what jobs the 3 summons should have let me know.
