"Where are you going?" Alekis asked, gazing at Lucius. He then glanced at Layla. "Ask him to stay in the room. He doesn't listen to his father ever," he complained.
"Dad, I'm going for some fresh air. And my bodyguard is with me," Lucius said, referring to Roger.
"Father, he has promised me to return before noon," Layla said.
"Yes, Dad. I'll be home as soon as the clock struck 12 in the noon," Lucius said with assurance.
Alekis felt even his daughter-in-law wasn't making the effort she should have. He decided to have a conversation with her later when she would return from the work.
"Father is asking for the safety of you to stay at home," Fiona intervened, bringing a glass of water for Alekis. "You can have fresh air even in the house's estate. Freshen your memories from the past here," she asserted.
