As expected, the front-page headline of the next day's sports newspapers featured a shot of Wang Chao breaking down Carmelo Anthony with a dazzling series of moves, leaving the veteran embarrassed.

After securing a win in their season opener, the Lakers traveled to Salt Lake City to face the Utah Jazz in their second game of the season.
