"Professor!"

Beast, or Hank McCoy, narrowed his eyes slightly and quickly said to Professor X, "Whatever you're planning to do, I think you'd better hurry up!" Hank instinctively stepped in front of the professor as he spoke, shielding him protectively.

"But... I can control this rage!"

Professor X's voice rang out, firm and resolute. In that moment, he activated his ability—instantly closing the "Gate of Anger" within the Hulk's mind. Simultaneously, he opened the "Gate of Calm" and the "Gate of Serenity." The effect was immediate and profound.

The massive green figure, who had been charging toward Hank and Professor X at full speed, suddenly slowed. His steps faltered, and he collapsed to the ground with a heavy thud. Then, his body began to transform. The green hue faded, and his massive frame started to shrink.

The Hulk was gone in no time, and Bruce Banner reappeared before everyone. Looking around in a daze, Bruce quickly realized what had happened. His face twisted in anguish.

"No! No! No!" Bruce let out pained cries, his voice filled with torment.

'Did I really caused this much chaos? D-did really killed so many people?' This was something Bruce Banner could never accept.

"Mr. Banner, this wasn't your fault." Professor X's voice broke through, calm and steady. He spoke directly to Bruce Banner, who stared at him, tormented. While controlling the emotions of both Bruce and the Hulk, Professor X also scanned Bruce's memories. He knew exactly what had transpired. To be fair, this situation was entirely the result of General Ross's reckless actions.

"Yes, you're right, it wasn't my fault. It was the Hulk's! It was all the Hulk's fault!" Bruce angrily slammed his fist into the ground. As he pieced together the hazy memories from moments ago, his expression shifted to one of utter shock. He looked up at Professor X in disbelief. "What did you do? You made the Hulk fall asleep?" His gaze then fell on the unconscious figure of Emil Blonsky, aka the Abomination, lying on the street.

'This man had even taken down the Abomination? How was that even possible?'

"Wait a minute, I know who you are. You're Professor Xavier, the expert on genetic mutation. How did you do it?" Bruce's eyes lit up with excitement as he looked at Professor X. If this man really had a way to control the Hulk, didn't that mean Bruce's problems could finally be solved? The problem that had haunted him for years, keeping him up at night, the one that had changed his entire life—could it really have a solution?

"I'm sorry, Mr. Banner, but I can't help you." Professor X's tone was polite yet firm as he rejected Bruce's request.

"Why not? You saw the destruction the Hulk caused—it's a disaster! You can stop it from happening again!! Please, Professor Xavier!" Bruce's voice was almost pleading.

"I'm truly sorry, Mr. Banner, but I can't." Professor X's refusal was unwavering. Before Bruce could respond, he activated his powers once again. "You never saw me here, and I was never here. And if you don't want to be caught, I suggest you leave now." Bruce's expression turned blank. Then, as if on autopilot, he turned and ran.

"Man, Professor X's abilities are insane!" Rosh, who had been watching from the side, couldn't help but mutter in awe. Fortunately, Rosh had a system that protected him from telepathic abilities. Otherwise, he wouldn't dare get close to someone like Professor X.

"Are you alright, Mr. Rosh?" With everything settled, Professor X turned to Rosh and greeted him calmly.

"I'm fine." Rosh smiled lightly and nodded. "Good thing you arrived in time, Professor Xavier. Otherwise, things could've gotten a lot worse."

"Apparently, I still wasn't fast enough." Professor X shrugged casually. At that moment, he seemed to sense something, and turned to Rosh. "I'm sorry, Mr. Rosh, but I must be going." Using his telepathy, he had detected that government forces were rapidly approaching.

"Please, feel free to leave, Professor Xavier," Rosh replied, waving his hand.

With that, Professor X signaled to Hank, and the two swiftly boarded the Blackbird and left. Rosh glanced at the destruction outside, his expression unchanged. As if nothing had happened, he calmly returned to his shop.

"Professor, I don't understand. We have an agreement with the government. We only handle mutant affairs and don't interfere with other matters. The Hulk's rampages aren't new—why did we get involved this time?" In the Blackbird, Hank piloted the jet while questioning Professor X

"Don't worry, Hank. I've erased the memories of all the relevant personnel. No one knows we were there," Professor X said calmly, casually picking up a magazine to read.

"Perhaps not everyone," Hank said with a knowing tone. Clearly, he was referring to the owner of the Devil Fruit shop.

"Professor, you didn't come because of the Hulk this time, did you? You came because of Rosh, didn't you?" Hank wasn't foolish. In fact, his intellect was exceedingly high, and he had already pieced together some clues.

"You're right, Hank. Not only did I erase everyone's memories of us being there, but I also made some other adjustments. In this incident, Rosh won't face any official scrutiny. He won't have any trouble from the authorities." Professor X didn't deny Hank's suspicion and openly revealed his true purpose.

"But why, Professor?" Hank was puzzled. "Why would we go out of our way to do that?"

"It's simply... a gesture of goodwill, just in case." Professor X said with a cryptic smile.

As for what exactly that "just in case" referred to, Professor X gave no further explanation.
