Piccolo looked at Zephyr, "What do you think?" Zephyr looked out and frowned, "I think… Vegeta's gonna let this guy go." Piccolo sighed, "I feel the same…" Zephyr looked at him, "You absorbed Kami?" Piccolo nodded and flexed, "I can feel complete again… No, more than complete! Perfect!"

Zephyr crossed his arms, "There should still be Evil Namekians I think…" Piccolo looked at him and Zephyr added, "I heard something about a 'Lord Slug' on Namek from some Namekians… I don't know, maybe you should look into it." Piccolo nodded seriously.

Krillin flew out with a remote, Piccolo and Zephyr watched him go before looking at each other.

Zephyr put his hand on Piccolo's shoulder, watching Cell transform into Perfect Cell and brutalizing Vegeta! Zephyr was stunned, "Wow… Cell is really strong!" Piccolo frowned, "This idiot Krillin! If he just killed 18…"

Zephyr waved, "It's fine." as he watched Trunks buy time for Krillin to save Vegeta, flying back to Kami's Lookout.

Zephyr flew out and Piccolo shouted, "Where are you going?!" Zephyr looked at him, "I can probably kill him!" Piccolo was stunned and Zephyr disappeared.

He suddenly appeared in between Cell and Trunks, catching their fists before pushing them away. Cell was dumbfounded, "You're alive?!" Zephyr smirked, "You can't kill me yet!" before turning to Trunks, "Idiot! Why are you all buffed up?"

Trunks was stunned and Zephyr cursed, "Stupid! If you have strength but no speed, what's the point?!" Trunks landed on the ground and reverted to normal, "No… No wonder, Dad didn't…" Zephyr sighed and shook his head, "Go back!"

Cell looked at him with a sarcastic smile, "You lost before, you came to lose again?" Zephyr snorted and said, "This time is different. I was reborn from the ashes, scumbag." before he shouted!

He burst into flames before it turned even more red!

Zephyr smirked, "You ready?" Cell was dumbfounded, "How did you get so much stronger so quickly!" Zephyr didn't answer and appeared with his elbow deep in Cell's stomach!

Cell spat out blood and fell to the ground!

Zephyr kicked him in the face and said, "I don't want to move around too much. We'll stay on this island." he turned and looked at Android 16.

He waved and threw something at him, "Go give this to Bulma." before waving his hand, Android 16 was stunned as he flew across the sky and disappeared.

Zephyr turned back as Cell wiped his lips, smirking, "Heh." Zephyr grinned, "Now, there's no audience." as he took a stance, "Come on." Cell flashed and kicked as Zephyr blocked with his arm, twisting his body and kicking Cell into the ground!

Cell's neck snapped before he got back up, kicking Zephyr in the head!

Zephyr took the kick and turned his head before turning back, "Heh." Cell was stunned as Zephyr grabbed his ankle and stomped on Cell's chest, tearing his leg right off!

Cell screamed and grit his teeth as Zephyr swung the leg like a baseball bat! It exploded on Cell's face and sent him flying into a tree!

Zephyr threw the foot away, walking over, "Get up, I'm not done with you yet." Cell got up and attacked Zephyr quickly, but Zephyr dodged all his fists with ease, clenching his fists, punching out with insane speed, pelting Cell with raindrop-like fists!

Cell shook in the air as Zephyr slowly lifted him off the ground, floating up with him!

Cell was shaking as Zephyr grinned while Cell's arm exploded into a mess of blue-ish blood, splashing all over Zephyr's face! Zephyr grinned wider as he threw one punch, blasting a hole in Cell's stomach, an explosion of flames appearing behind him!

Zephyr floated in the air as Cell slumped to the ground, coughing up blood!

Zephyr looked at him and said, "Are you warm yet, asshole?" Cell wiped his lips and regenerated, "Not bad, for a human. But I'm getting used to my power, very soon we will be even and then I will have surpassed you!"

Zephyr didn't deny it, "I know." Cell nodded and took a stance, "Then thank you for warming me up." Zephyr attacked Cell again, who was noticeably faster this time! They clashed over a thousand times in a second!

Before Cell punched Zephyr into a rock!

Zephyr stood up, wiping his lips, "Already?" Cell laughed, "Are you the strongest being? How did Vegeta get stronger so quickly?" Zephyr spat out a tooth, "Currently, yes. In a few days, no." Cell frowned, "Is that so…"

Zephyr clenched his fists, "Come on, you haven't surpassed me yet!" as he punched out, black lightning covered his fists! Cell dodged as Zephyr flashed quicking, striking Cell in the stomach and sending him flying out!

Cell wiped his lips and smiled, attacking quickly as Zephyr dodged most of them, taking punches to the face before kicking his foot up, hitting Cell in the chin!

Cell turned his head back and said, "It's over." Zephyr clicked his tongue and backed off, reverting to normal, panting quickly. Cell waved, "I'm done with you. Begone." Zephyr frowned and Cell held up a finger, "But! Tell everyone this; I will be holding a Tournament. In 10 days! As a favor, you should get stronger!"

Zephyr ate a Senzu Bean as Cell continued, "Much like the Tenkaichi Budokai Tournament. But I will be the only opponent, I don't care how many of you show up. But we will be fighting one on one! Understand?" before he jumped up and flew away.

Zephyr watched him go, saying, "You hear that Piccolo?"

On Kami's lookout, Piccolo was frowning grimly.

The next day

Cell appeared on TV, "Hello, Humans. You must have heard about the monster that was murdering entire cities. That was me. I needed energy at that time and would like to thank everyone for it. However, I have no need for more energy at this point. For all those who are bored with their daily lives, I provide to you: The Cell Games. A tournament where anyone can participate. It will be held in a ring near Central City at 28 KS Point 5."

He looked at the camera and smirked, "Unlike the Tenkaichi Tournament, the only opponent you will face is me. You can bring as many people as you like. I will fight anyone who comes! One at a time. If you lose, another will take your place. Therefore, the more fighters you bring, the more likely to beat me! You might win on sheer numbers alone! The rules will be pretty much the same as Tenkaichi Budokai's. If you give up, or if any part of your body falls off the ring, you lose. And while I'll try to hold back, if I kill you, you also lose."

He held up a finger, grinning, "However, if all Challengers are defeated. I will kill everyone on Earth! I'll certainly enjoy watching the fears on your faces until there's no one left." he blasted out a beam behind him and added, "Until then, I'll be waiting for you!"
