Ch 237: Father's office visit

"Tsk, they all left me home alone and went out for an outing? Did the father think I would not know that he also went out to his mother's office? Does he take me for a fool? I wanted to go out as well."

Suzie complained and bitched to her maid, and she even threw the pillows her defiance.

The maid calmly picked the pillow and fluffed it back before putting it on the bed. Suzie was annoyed but knew she could not do anything to annoy this maid.

After all, her grandmother sent this maid to help Suzie out. The maid was clever enough to know when she should and should not react.

"Miss Suzie, I know you are angry, but you should not feel troubled. The only reason your father decided to follow after your mother is because of some stupid rumors. I'm sure he will be back by your side soon."

The maid assured Suzie while continuing to clean up.
