The Letter

As I slowly opened my eyes, I found myself in a state of confusion. I blinked continuously, rubbing my eyes in an attempt to clear the haze. But as my vision cleared, I was met with a sight that made my heart race.

Liam's head was buried in my chest, his hand wrapped around my waist, holding me close. I was wearing a big white top that felt like it was barely covering me, and I couldn't help but wonder what had happened to my clothes. The red gown from last night was nowhere to be seen.

I brought my hand up to raise Liam's head, trying to face him. But his eyes were closed, his hair falling across his face. I wonder if he's actually asleep or just faking it.

I tried to pull away, but he held me tighter, moving closer, his face inches from mine, his eyes still closed. I pulled back, but he didn't stop, his lips touching mine in a gentle, yet insistent kiss.

I pulled away again, Liam's eyes shot open, revealing a longing glint that made my heart skip a beat. His gaze was intense, his eyes locked onto mine with a desire that left me breathless. I furrowed my brows, annoyed by Liam's actions, but Liam's grip on my waist only tightened, holding me close.

"I..." My words were cut short as Liam's lips crashed into mine, his kisses urgent and insistent.

I felt my body jolted continuously as he devoured me, his passion overwhelming. I tried to turn around, desperate to free myself from his grasp, but he was too strong.

His shirt upper buttons were opened, my hands pushing against his bare chest, trying to hold him down, his eyes gleaming with excitement.

I sat on him, pinning him down and was taken aback by his reaction. He didn't look upset or annoyed. Instead, he seemed thrilled.

His lips curled into a smile, revealing the tip of his sharp canines, and I felt a shiver run down my spine.

Liam's hands wrapped around my wrists, his gaze never leaving mine as he pulled me down towards him.

His arms encircled my waist, holding me close, and I felt trapped, yet mesmerized by the intensity in his eyes. I stared at him, my brows furrowed in confusion, trying to understand what was happening. Why couldn't I resist him?.

As I gazed into his eyes, I saw a hunger that made my skin crawl. His facial expression looked craving, like a predator eyeing its prey.

I knew I needed to leave. He's crazy.

I tried to free myself from his grasp, and after a brief struggle, I managed to break away. I quickly moved away from the bed, pulling my shirt lower to cover my laps properly.

I turned to face him, and was taken aback by his strange reaction. He didn't even try to come after me, which only added to my confusion. What is wrong with him?

Despite my reservations, I found myself walking back to the bed, drawn to Liam like a moth to a flame. And what I saw made my heart race even faster.

Liam's condition was alarming - his face was red and sweaty, and saliva slipped by the side of his lips as he made strange moaning sounds.

He didn't look like himself at all, what is wrong with him?

I tried to rouse him, tapping his shoulder gently at first, but he didn't respond. I tapped him again, harder this time, but he still didn't react.

That's when he suddenly sprang to life, his hands grasping for me like claws. He pulled me back onto the bed, pinning me beneath him with ease.

I struggled to push him away, but he wouldn't budge. His grip was like a vice, and I felt a surge of panic as I realized I was trapped.

I kept pushing, my hands against his chest, but he just wouldn't let go. It was like he was in a trance, his eyes fixed on me with an unnerving intensity.

Finally, after what felt like an eternity, I managed to break free, scrambling off the bed and making a beeline for the exit.

But as I reached for the doorknob, my heart sank. It was twisted shut, refusing to budge. I was trapped. And then, I saw him.

Liam was advancing towards me, his eyes blazing with a hunger. He moved like a starving lion, his movements fluid and predatory. I knew I had to think fast if I wanted to escape.

I sprinted to the next door, my heart racing with fear. I pushed it open and jammed it shut behind me, fumbling for the bolt.

My hands trembled as I tried to secure it, my breath coming in ragged gasps. I leaned against the door, my head pressed against the wood, listening intently for any sign of Liam. But there was only silence. Had he finally fallen asleep? Or was he playing a cruel trick on me?

Just as I began to relax, I felt hands wrapping around my waist from behind. My heart froze in place as I realized it was Liam. His grip was tight, pulling me close to his chest. I tried to struggle, but he held me firm. I was trapped. Again.

"Oh no," I whispered, my voice barely audible. I was at his mercy, and I knew it.

Liam's hot breath whispered against my ear, sending shivers down my spine.

I couldn't believe what was happening. I didn't want to disapprove of whatever Liam was doing. Instead, I found myself enjoying it. What is coming over me?, I thought to myself, confused and a little scared. Why is it happening this way?

Liam lifted me up, raising my legs in his arms as I wrapped my hands around his neck, maintaining contact as he disappeared from where he was standing and back into his room.

I felt a thrill run through me as he carried me effortlessly, his eyes locked on mine with an intensity that made my heart race.

Liam gently laid me down on the bed, his eyes never leaving mine. He came on top of me, his body pressing against mine, and pressed his lips to mine in a soft, yet insistent kiss. I didn't push him away or resist in any way. Instead, I let him kiss me, my eyes closing as I surrendered to the moment.

His lips moved against mine, sending shivers down my spine as he jolted me with a sudden movement.

I felt a rush of excitement mixed with a hint of fear, unsure of what was happening or where this was leading. But for some reason, I couldn't bring myself to stop him. I was trapped in the intensity of the moment, and I couldn't look away.

He brought his hands to my thighs, caressing them, his lips never parting from mine.

His hands on my bare skin as he caresses my thigh, his fingers in me, making its way straight up to my bums, pulling me up to sit on his laps with him in between my legs.

His lips didn't leave mine as he caresses all through my entire body, pulling me closer and closer to him with my arms around his neck.

He pulled off the only cloth I had on, revealing me without clothes as he kisses my chest. I felt so much pleasure, not wanting to let go. I thought I hated him, but I didn't know what came over me. I'm suddenly allowing him do this to me.

He took off his clothes, pushing me to lay in the bed, my knees facing the ceiling as he returns, inserting his willy, a pleasant yet painful sensation erupting in me.

He pushed in and pulled out, continuing on a fast pace, jolting my body rythmically with his.

A moan escaped my lips, as the pleasure became intense and satisfying with everything he did. It felt really good and less painful .

Liam pulled out and settled beside me, his piercing gaze locking onto mine, sending a flutter through my chest. I looked confused, why had he stopped so sudden?.

He wrapped us in a cozy blanket, his arm draping possessively across my chest as he tenderly stroked my cheek. "I love you," he whispered, his words igniting a flush on my skin.

I tried to brush it off, my voice trembling. "You shouldn't say that when you know it isn't true."

Liam's eyes narrowed."What do you need me to do, to show you how true my feelings are for you?"

I stuttered, my mind racing. "I-I don't know... You don't have feelings for me, and that I know."

Liam's gaze intensified. "I want you, all of you. I want you to be mine alone, my personal belonging. You belong to me, my wife."

My heart skipped a beat as I turned to face him, my brows furrowed in disbelief. "Huh? Your wife?"

Liam's eyes shone with conviction. "Mine alone. I want to marry you, for us to be a lawfully wedded couple. I'll love you with all my heart and protect you from harm."

"I can't believe you're serious," I said. "Married? We can't get married. That's not why I'm here."

Liam's gaze darkened, his tone firm. "We can and we will. Even if it means I have to force you to it."

I looked away, my heart racing at the intensity in his eyes. "Uhm, I-" But he cut me off, his words dripping with possessiveness.

"I don't have anywhere to go today. I want to spend the whole day with you."

Before I could protest, Liam swept me into his arms, cradling me like a child. He strode across the room, pushing open a door to reveal a bathroom oasis.

The tub adorned with fresh roses floating on the water's surface. He lowered me into the warm embrace of the water, his arms wrapping around me from behind as he settled in beside me.

I felt trapped, yet strangely comforted by his embrace. The roses danced in the water, their sweet scent enveloping us as Liam held me close, his chest pressed against my back.

I felt this wasn't right. If my friends got to know about what is currently happening, they'll be really offended and pained.

I don't know why I was feeling drawn to Liam. I wanted him to hold me and do whatever he wants with me, even though I know it shouldn't be this way. I can't possibly be developing feelings for him.

But it's strange how I willingly allowed him have sex with me this time. What's coming over me?

This isn't right. I hate him, and that's it. "Liam, let me go." I demanded.

His grip around my waist tightened instead, his head resting on shoulder as he pulled me even more closer to chest.

"I said let me go" I reached for his arms, pulling it away as I felt his warm breath against my neck.

His lips on my neck, peppering me with kisses. His hands making its way upward to my chest, caressing me.

"What are you doing Liam?, Let go of me"

He instantly pushed me against the edge of the tub, his hands around my neck as he slams his lips on mine. I couldn't bring myself to push him away, because I knew deep down I really enjoyed it.

"Hm" a moan escaped from my lips, causing Liam to pull away, his gaze on me as a smile spreads across his lips.

The glint in his eyes reflected that of contentment and joy as he enveloped me in a hug.

"I love you Layla" he whispered into my ear, his words sending deep shivers down my spine. "I love you so much. Please love me back" he slowly pulled away, his eyes searching mine with a glint of hope.

"Uhm...you shouldn't be saying these things. You know what I intend on doing to you, and you still say these things despite what my intentions are"

He sighed, leaving me to rest across the edge of the tub.

"I'll leave you to yourself for now" he said, pulling a soft sponge from the surface of the tub, rubbing himself with it.

I sank myself in the water, confusion and fear creeping in. Do I really still want to kill him?, I mean he...I don't know. I can't surrender that easily, I'm sure he doesn't mean any of it. I can't let my guard down.

I sighed, bubbles forming in the water.

I took a sponge, scrubbing myself thoroughly with it. I sank myself in to rinse of the soap.

I pulled myself out, noticng Liam resting against the tub with his back to me. What's up with him?.

I finished washing and got out, but Liam didn't move or say a word. I felt a bit uneasy and decided to leave.

"I'm going now," I said, but he didn't respond.

I dried myself off, wrapped a towel around me, and left the room. I hurried to my own room, locked the door behind me, and felt a bit safer.

I changed into some comfortable clothes and applied the hair oil Liam had given me.

As I lay in bed, I heard a knock on the door. It made me jump. Who could that be?

I hesitated for a moment, wondering if I should answer it, but my curiosity got the better of me.

"Who is it?" I called out.

There was a pause, and then a voice replied, "It's Diana. Can I come in?"

Diana was one of the few people I had started to trust in this place. I unlocked the door and let her in.

"What?" I asked.

"A letter for you" she said, holding up the letter for me to see. "Do you need me to read it to you?"

"Who sent it?" My brows furrowed as I stared at the letter.

"Don't know yet. I received it from the mailbox this morning. Do you want me to check who sent it?"

"Go ahead" I insisted.

"Okay" she opened up the envelope, taking out the folded piece of paper.

"From Jackson" she read "I'll read it out to you, is that okay?"

"Hmm" I nodded.

"Layla, it's me Jackson. Come meet me outside, I wanna talk with you about what we discussed earlier. Don't be late, I don't have much time" she read out.

How could Jackson have sent me a letter when he knows I can't read?. What if it had landed in the wrong hands. How could he be so careless?.

"It seems urgent. You should inform his highness. He'll invite your friend, Jackson in" Diana stated as she sealed back the envelope with the letter in it.

"No. He's my friend. I'll go see him myself" I took hold of the letter from her.

"Don't you think you should inform his highness first?" Her face etched with concern "he'll be upset if you leave without his permission" she said.

I folded my arms, taking In her concerned expression. "I won't take long. Don't mention anything to him, okay?"

"But..."

She started, but I cut her off. "You don't have to worry, just do as you're told" I went into my room, slamming the door, leaving no room for Further discussions.
