The Yangeuni family was one of the most powerful families in South Korea, they were similar to the Yakuza in terms of operation but this would explain why my father had little to no information about him on the internet.
Even my family name was different there so could this be a case of mistaken identity?
I wished I could say that but I had seen too much for this to be a coincidence.
Minsuk was no doubt a killer that hung around dangerous people, was it my father's protection stopping these fools from harming me?
Did that give me some sort of immunity?
Was this why Chae-won was frightened when she came into my house?
Things were slowly adding up, this was the first solid information I had gotten in a while.
I wanted to ask him some questions but it would be weird to ask a stranger about my family name.
That would set anyone off, Ara sighed the moment he said this like it was something he wasn't supposed to say out loud.
"You should leave, Geun," Ara said but Geun had no intention of listening to her.
I knew this person was strong but his preferred method of fighting wasn't boxing but mixed martial arts judging by how he moved.
He was fast but this didn't mean he was necessarily strong because the chin was the weak point, a solid blow to the chin was enough to knock most people out.
"Yangeuni? You must be mistaking me with someone else," I tried to debunk it, I did find it strange that Minsuk was concealing his tattoos but could it have a hidden meaning?
Ara looked at me, it was almost like she could tell I was full of shit without even uttering a word.
Geun didn't try to convince me to believe him and simply got up on his feet and walked towards me.
I knew Ara wasn't going to intervene as she sighed upon noticing that he had an invested interest in me.
I was expecting him to pick a fight, that was what everyone seemed to have a hard-on for in this skill.
But he didn't, all he did was offer his hand for a handshake.
"I'm Geun, let's get along," Geun officially introduced himself to me. I knew being friends with him should have its benefits.
This was not only a strong person but he would offer me some sort of protection from the first years, in a sense, I would be gaining some sort of immunity.
I accepted his gesture and reciprocated, establishing a foundation for future relationships.
This was where our interaction ended because Geun left the room without saying anything, only glancing over to look at Dae's unconscious body before chuckling to himself.
The good news was that a fight didn't erupt between us because I know he would have whooped my ass without a doubt but the bad news was that I was left alone with Ara.
And for some reason, I sensed she was a lot worse than Geun.
"Yangeuni, huh?" Ara didn't sound too surprised by this revelation hinting that she knew I wasn't your average student.
I couldn't take my eyes off her breasts, those chocolate milkers ought to be in my mouth, I wondered if they did taste like chocolate.
"You men are all the same," Ara muttered under her breath, I could sense the disappointment in her tone even though I couldn't hear what she had said clearly.
However, I wished to know why she had called me here and I got my answer without much convincing.
"I want you to walk for me,"
I was surprised to hear this and even felt somewhat disrespected by the mere suggestion.
I had enough money to buy this school and probably whatever business her father was doing but she dared make such a suggestion?
[[Main Gods Quest Loading…!!]]
I immediately dreaded whatever was about to be given because the Goddess of Beauty had given me a task that wasn't entirely easy and if anything, I was sure that the next one that was about to appear would up the difficulty a notch and it would have to do with this lady known as Ara.
"You won't be one of my minions if you're thinking about that," Ara broke the silence while looking at the unconscious Dae.
"I believe your speciality would be… useful in a more… private setting," Ara suggested and trusted my brain to interpret this as sex.
If that was what she was offering then goddamn! Sign me up! Take my signature as soon as possible.
But hold up, there had to be a catch, she couldn't just want to use me for my body if that's what she even wanted in the first place.
But I knew this was a power play of some sort and I couldn't fold or it would define my remaining years in this school.
[[A new message from the God of Strength, Cratos!!]
I was surprised that this one had a name, the other didn't but that was because they were lesser gods.
But I had heard of Cratos before, he was a god that had a video game after him even though the spelling was somewhat different; I instantly knew that it would be associated with combat.
[[Task: Conquer the first years!!]]
This was a jump from getting my hair done because this would be no easy task but it was one I had no choice but to complete if I wanted to access the full potential of my host.
