Tracy's Experiment

The next day, Lucius followed closely behind Tracy as they moved down the pristine white halls of her laboratory in the facility. Their footsteps echoed softly on the polished floor, the air growing cooler as they ventured deeper into the restricted levels. 

"You're about to witness something that's going to change everything," Tracy said, her voice filled with an edge of anticipation.

This was the first time Lucius would watch her work, so he couldn't help but feel nervous.

As they approached a heavily reinforced door at the end of the hallway, two armed guards stood in front, their faces expressionless behind high-tech helmets. Tracy swiped her clearance card across the scanner, causing the door to slide open with a quiet hiss.

"Welcome to the next level," she said, gesturing for Lucius to follow.
