Title: Origin.
…
One Million years ago, an enigmatic Celestial produced an evolutionary offshoot of humanity known as the Deviants during the Celestial's First Host.
Gammenon the Gatherer collected a hundred Homo Erectus specimens which Ziran the Tester experimented on to create the first Hundred grotesque beings later termed Deviants by the Eternals.
After Ziran was done with its brood, Nezarr the Calculator performed his own tests and created 100 superior Eternals (Homo immortalis). Finally, Oneg the Prober created a latent gene for the expansion of human potential.
The Eternals and humankind itself also sprung from the Celestials' experiments, but the unstable genetic code of the Deviants set them apart from their "cousins."
After these creations were released back on Earth, the Eternals secluded themselves, while the Deviants established an underground empire in the kingdom of Lemuria on the Then Continent of Mu.
Born from experiments at the hands of the Celestials, the Deviants spend most of their existence trying to overcome their genetic pitfalls and rivals, the godlike Eternals.
Referring to themselves as the Changing People due to their emphasis of their Diversity.
While the Deviants are inferior to the Eternals' physical abilities, they turn to science for advantages. Deviants possess an unstable genetic code, which causes random mutations from one generation to the next; no Deviant child has been known to resemble its parents.
Mutations sometimes grant Deviants superhuman abilities such as telepathy or strength; many Deviants develop physical mutations that result in tentacles or an unusual height.
The most monstrous Deviants are called Mutates, and are considered undesirable in their society. The results of Deviant genetic experiments are also called Mutates, and are usually employed as weapons. Deviants who resemble humans are called Rejects, and are feared by other Deviants.
Meanwhile…Starting out as nomadic people, the Eternals eventually established themselves, creating the city of Titanos in North America.
Around 600,000 years ago, a civil war erupted between two factions of Eternals: The side of Kronos, who Cherished peace and non-interference, and the side of his brother Uranos who wanted to use their powers to dominate the planet.
Kronos' side prevailed, with the help of Oceanus, leading to the banishment of Uranos and his followers.
When the two dozen exiles landed on Planet Uranus, they conquered the Kree outpost there to make it their new home. As Uranos built a spaceship to return to Earth, Astron refused to follow his ways any longer and, along with three sympathizers, remained on Uranus, where they created their own colony.
The spaceship was then destroyed by a Kree fleet investigating the invasion of their outpost, thus leaving only seven Eternals alive. Those that survived decided to abandon their plans for revenge and, instead, created a colony on Saturn's moon Titan.
Meanwhile, the surviving Eternals on Uranus encountered the native Uranians. Recognizing them as exiles, the Uranians allowed the remaining Eternals to live with them, under the condition that, if they ever left their enclosed environment, they would face destruction.
At some point, the Titanians fell to warlike tendencies once more. As a result, the colony of Titan was ravaged by yet another civil war, thereby causing the death of all its residents save for the woman Sui-San, who lived in isolation and will later be the mother of Thanos.
Around 500,000 years ago, Kronos managed to isolate the cosmic energy that empowered the Eternals, but the volatile containment tube shattered and exploded.
The explosion transformed Kronos into a cosmic entity, but also killed all the other Eternals and brought the city of Titanos to the ground, almost destroying The Machine, the artificial intelligence that serves the Eternals.
After being reborn in the Activation Chamber, the Eternals contained the anomaly generated by the explosion and discovered that Kronos' experiment had increased their powers.
With their new abilities, the Eternals then discovered they could join their will and intelligence into one powerful entity, which they called the Uni-Mind.
However , despite being more unified than ever before, the Eternals still disagreed on the core goals of their society. The majority of the Eternals, led by one of Kronos' sons, Zuras, believed that they shouldn't tinker with their cosmic potential and no new Eternals should be created.
Another son of Kronos, A'Lars, and a small fraction of their numbers believed they should keep expanding The Machine and create new Eternals, via biological and technological methods.
Around 200,000 years ago war erupted once more, but eventually an agreement was reached: one solitary Llarsite was allowed to found a colony as an experiment. A'Lars was chosen and adopted the name "Mentor", before settling on the lost colony of Titan.
There, he located Sui-San, and together they used technology to found a new species of Eternal-derived beings, the Titans. They developed Titan into a wonder of science, building the supercomputer ISAAC to help them run the environment.
As they flourished, some Eternals of Earth started believing that the Zurasian faction had been overly conservative. Little did they know that Sui-San had just given birth to Thanos, who would one day become one of the Universe's greatest menaces.
With Titanos destroyed, Zuras led his Eternals to create new cities: their capital, Olympia, in the mountains of Greece; Oceana, in the Pacific Ocean; and Polaria, in Siberia.
Back on Earth, unlike the Eternals, the Deviants had "bred like rabbits", and took over the world, enslaving humanity.
As millennia passed, the Deviants "bred like rabbits" and achieved great numbers. They created unimaginable scientific wonders and conquered almost the whole world, enslaving captured humans.
Then came the final showdown against the last safe haven of humanity: the empire of Atlantis. The Deviants launched a massive attack on their human rivals, but one Atlantean city-state, Netheria, had created an impervious dome that protected them from all the attacks.
Meanwhile, the Eternals also fought against them, but, when they realized their numbers of only a Hundred couldn't compare to the millions of Deviants, they had no alternative but to call the Celestials.
When the Second Host of Celestials arrived on Earth, they were attacked by the Deviants. Seeing a world fallen into chaos,
The Celestials witnessed it all, the world had fallen into chaos and they delivered their judgment! A Celestial weapon unleashed an explosion such as humanity had never seen before or has seen since.
So powerful that it rocked the entire planet -- plunging it into the worldwide disaster known as the Great Cataclysm! All of Lemuria as well as Atlantis sank beneath the raging seas!
Most of the Deviants perished amidst the earthquakes and floods! The Deviant race would survive but their empire was finished! The Eternals were helpless to save most of the victims of the great deluge, but one Eternal, Ikaris, guided a huge Ark filled with human beings and animals to safety
The Celestial known as Tiamut disagreed with the actions taken by the other Celestials against the Deviants and came into conflict with fellow Celestial Arishem.
The conflict ended with the defeat and burial of Tiamut under what would later become northern California, near San Francisco, but the Deviants would forever worship him as the Dreaming Celestial.
The surviving Deviants retreated underground, to Subterranea, and experimented on their remaining human slaves in the hopes of creating a new race to act as their servants and workforce.
Their first attempt created the Gortokians, beings stronger than humans and capable of seeing in the dark, but they revolted and fled into the underground caverns.
Their second attempt created the Moloids, designed to be more inhuman, docile and weaker, thus less likely to rebel. Confident in the loyalty of their new creation, they sent them to attack the Gortokians, but they were massacred, ultimately leading to the Deviants' retreat and the abandonment of both their creations.
The Deviants then retrofitted some of Lemuria's remain into a new kingdom for themselves, eventually reaching incredible numbers once more.
(A/N: This story, despite its similarities to the Olympic Greece Mythology, is totally different from it. Take note of that and don't be confused.)
Born tens of thousands years ago, Zeus was the youngest son of the Titans Cronus, who ruled Olympus, and Rhea. The Titans were the offspring of the sky god Ouranos and the primeval earth goddess Gaea.
Cronus overthrew his father's rule by fatally wounding him. The dying Ouranus prophesied that Cronus would likewise be overthrown by one of his own children.
As a result, upon the birth of each of his own children, Cronus had the infant imprisoned in Tartarus, the most dismal section of the extra dimensional underworld known as Hades.
The offspring he sent there were Hades, Poseidon, Hera, Demeter, and Hestia. Appalled at the mistreatment of their children, Cronus's wife Rhea concealed her sixth pregnancy from him and secretly gave birth to Zeus on Mount Lycaeum in Arcadia, an area of the land now known as Greece.
Rhea gave the infant Zeus to the safekeeping of Gaea who hid him on the island of Crete. Zeus grew to adulthood among the shepherds of Mount Ida, Crete, and then set about taking revenge on Cronus.
Zeus went down into Tartarus and freed his siblings, who had all now grown to adulthood, Zeus also freed the three one-eyed giants called Cyclopes and the three hundred-handed giants called Hecatoncheires, all six of whom Cronus had imprisoned there for fear they would help overthrow him.
The grateful Cyclopes taught Zeus how to wield his energy-manipulating powers in battle. Zeus and his allies fought a ten-year war with the Titans which ended with Zeus's victory.
He imprisoned most of the male Titans in Tartarus and established himself in the small "pocket" dimension of Olympus as supreme ruler of the Olympian race.
Zeus married the goddess Hera, but he engaged in many affairs with goddesses, titans, nymphs and mortal women and produced various famous offspring.
By Hera, he sired Ares, Eris, Hebe, and Hephaestus. His first lover was Metis, a Titan, he sired Athena. A relationship with Dione, a Titan, produced Aphrodite. He was involved with Leto and sired the twins; Apollo and Artemis. He was also involved with Maia a Nymph and sired Hermes.
Zeus also learned that Greece's Mount Olympus, the location of the main inter-dimensional nexus between the Olympian dimension and Earth, lay near Olympia, the principal city of the Eternals.
Zeus and his daughter Athena, goddess of wisdom, held a meeting with Zuras, the leader of the Eternals, and his daughter Thena. Noticing the strong physical resemblance between Zeus and Zuras and between Azura and herself, Athena suggested that the Olympian gods and the Eternals form an alliance whereby the Eternals would act as the gods' representatives on Earth.
Eternals such as Phastos acted like the God Hephaestus. Makkari acted like the God Mercury. Druig acted as the Famed Druids. Sprite, a Fairy…and many more.
The other three enthusiastically agreed, and Azura took her current name of Thena to signify the signing of the pact. However, over the years many ordinary human beings came to think of many Eternals not as the gods' representatives but as the gods themselves.
When Christianity finally replaced the worship of the Olympian gods in the Roman Empire, Zeus decided that the time had come for the Olympians to break most of their ties with Earth.
This led to a growing resentment by the gods towards the Eternals which would later result in a brief war in another time.

Backtracking a little bit…A certain Reject of the deviant species left to die during the Great Cataclysm that destroyed The Geothermal structure of the continent of Mu opened his eyes with a loud gasp.
"Where the fuck did TOAA send me?" He said aloud as he tried to raise himself from the ground only to find it impossible.
