In a small manor outside Qiuming City, a middle-aged man, wrapped in a black bear fur coat, strolled through the vast white snowfields, hands clasped behind his back.

A carriage came from far down the street and stopped at the entrance of the manor. A young man, dressed suitably in a suit with a distinct British style, leaped from the carriage and hurried into the snowfield, running toward the middle-aged man.

"Goffman, why the rush?" The middle-aged man stopped, turning to look over.

"Father, I just heard that the Emperor has signed the "Prohibition Order", restricting the production of alcohol!" exclaimed the young Goffman.
