Chapter 23 The Drama Queen

"Well, Miss Simons, now that all ten candidates have showcased their talents, it seems like none of them really match our brand image. What should we do now? Have we wasted more than half a year's worth of effort?" Karen asked pitifully.

Calvin stood up and shouted, "Caroline, how much time did I give you since May? How many resources have I expended on this project? If we miss the best time to showcase our brand, are you going to be responsible for that? Is this the result you are showing me?"  

Caroline lapsed into silence. Karen said again, "Mr. Lanes, none of us wanted this to happen, but the results are irreversible. Before this, I have contacted two people who are interested in becoming Neon's spokesperson. Would you like to give them a chance to try?" 

To Calvin, Caroline had thoroughly spoiled her own reputation, whereas Karen had gained his trust. At this moment, he thoroughly agreed to Karen's proposal to have the candidates she chose to come in.
