The underwater kiss

Sullivan seized Viella by the throat, shoving her forcefully against the wall.

"My Lord... please... let me go," Viella gasped, her voice barely audible as her face reddened from the tightening grip. Her eyes fluttered, pleading for mercy.

With a sudden release, Sullivan let her drop to the floor. She collapsed, clutching her neck as she gasped desperately for air.

"You won't see me again after today," he stated coldly, turning to leave. But before he could take another step, Viella grabbed hold of his boot.

"My Lord, forgive me!" she cried, her voice trembling with desperation. "All I wanted was to spend a night with you... I'll do whatever you ask. I can't bear this life any longer, and I know you're the only one who can free me from it," she confessed, her fingers trembling as they clung to his leg.
