Confusion

Jules' pov 

        He growled and whirled around to snarl and prevent whoever it was from stepping in but no snarl came out, to my confusion. When I peered around his large build, my eyes landed on Kim standing in the doorway of the elevator, eyebrows arched as he stared down at Xander and I.

He stepped into the elevator just as Xander rose to his feet. Xander stalked close to him but he didn't flinch or avert his gaze. He didn't even seem worried or bothered, he had a relaxed expression on.

This is the Kim I recognize. The powerful one who commanded the room with his presence. The one who exudes so much power and dominance despite being an omega. This is the Kim I was familiar with.

The Kim who had cried at Blaze feet was nowhere in sight right now.

"What are you doing here?" Xander roared at Kim who shrugged and let out a small giggle.
