Meeting of exes.

Lai Yanfang didn't leave the party after attempting to antagonize Alix. She did leave the ballroom however and walk in the direction that she had seen Caishen heading before grandma Zhang stopped her and introduced her to Alix. 

She walked slowly with her eyes moving from side to side. She was like a professional bodyguard monitoring an entire place for threats. 

After asking one of the servers at the hotel, she finally found him sitting in an empty lounge four doors down from the ballroom.

Mo Sen and the other guards that were protecting the door let her through quite easily and she didn't even stop to ask herself why she was finally being allowed to come close to Caishen after all these years of unwavering rejection. 

Inside the lounge, Caishen, Zhang Bo, two of their male cousins and attorney Jacob were holding a rather intense discussion. It came to a stop the moment the door was opened and an uninvited guest entered.
