Chapter 136 Seal

Land of Fire.

As the battlefield fell into a heavy, oppressive silence, the gravity of Roshi's demise settled over the area like a dense fog.

Kazuki stood resolute, his eyes never wavering from the fallen figure before him, the crimson of Roshi's blood stark against the icy white that imprisoned him.

"You…

Ōnoki, his body marred by injuries, stared across the field, his gaze piercing through the silence. The Tsuchikage's expression was a tumultuous mix of grief and fury, eyes with no mercy and absolute hate at Kazuki.

"First Han and Now Roshi… between you and Iwa… now only one of us will walk out of this town…

Onoki's eyes were blood red from anger and though he didn't roar in anger or anything still in his low voice endless hate and anger for Kazuki.

Years ago during the second ninja world war Kazuki had come face to face with Han, Iwa's previous five tails jinchuriki and had killed him brutally, even displaying his body in the middle of the battlefield for everyone to see.

Everyone in Iwa including Onoki hated Kazuki for what he did and swore vengeance for Han and now around six years later, another jinchuriki of iwa and the second strongest in their village was killed right before Onoki's eye and by the same man.

"This… this can't be… Roshi-Sensei…

BOOM!!!

Meanwhile, Ran's emotional turmoil reached a critical point, her eyes going white and chakra bursting out of her uncontrollably.

Roshi was someone Ran who was an orphan truly cared for, when the previous jinchuriki was killed she was chosen as a candidate for the next vessel for five tails.

The thought of living with a monster in her body scared her but it was Roshi who taught her that tailed beasts were not just mindless monster and there was nothing to fear.

He guided her in her practice to control the power of five tails and became someone very close to her without her noticing, but that same person was now slaughtered right before her.

ROAR!!!

The chakra disruption field was already affecting the control of chakra and adding with emotional shock proved too much for Ran who still had not reached the point of fully controlling the power of five tails, her body suddenly increasing in size as a loud roar spread throughout the town.

Kazuki without a hint of panic on his face finally moved his gaze from the dead Roshi and turned around slowly, in his vision appearing a huge white beast with a horse like body, a dolphin head with two sharp horns and five tails flickering behind it.

"Grrr!!!"

The Five Tails with madness in its eyes gazed at Kazuki and growled, who giving it a short look tilted his head up to gaze at the sky.

"If I go back without your head now… I'll have no right to stay as a tsuchikage anymore…

In the sky was Onoki with nine other clones of his forming a circle right above Kazuki's head, a white light forming in the hands of each clone including the real.

BOOM!!!

But Kazuki couldn't focus above for long as the five tails finally moved, it's tails cutting through the air smashed at him, intending to turn him into a paste in one strike.

But the bigger mass of the opponent seems to have made things even more easy for Kazuki, dodging every single tail while jumping around easily.

ROAR!!!!

Seeing it's attacks failing Kokou, the five tails seems to have been enraged even further as letting out a terrifying roar she opened her mouth wide.

BANG!!!

In an instant charka began to gather before the mouth of Kokou, soon taking the shape of a huge purple ball as even the space seems to shake from the power contained in it, the flames around the area all blown away just due to the pressure of Bijudama.

Eyeing the Bijudama that would soon be fired at him, Kazuki gazed towards the sky as he saw a massive white cube in the sky, it's size almost equal to the Bijudama.

"This will surely be it… there's nothing you can do against this attack… trying to teleport away would be suicide due to the quantum field created by the atomic particles… disturbing the very space-time around us…

All the clones of Onoki in the sky seems to have vanished, leaving him with a big white cube with power to annihilate anything completely right above his head, his face pale from chakra exhaustion but in his eyes that gazed at Kazuki down below a victors look.

"Hmm… As expected of a Tsuchikage who lived the longest among his generation… teleporting away is now risky… the unstable space would probably rip me to pieces…

Kazuki who was now sandwiched between probably two strongest attacks in the ninja world finally showed a little look of concern on his face.

"IT'S TIME TO PAY FOR EVERYTHING YOU DID… HOKAGE… GET ERASED FROM THE VERY FACE OF EARTH!!!"

PARTICLE STYLE!! QUANTUM ANNHILATION!!!

ROAR!!!!

With a mad look in his eyes Onoki exhausting the remaining bit of his strength yanked his down, the huge cube above him moving down at Kazuki, the five tails at the same time firing the Bijudama towards Kazuki.

Silence seemed to have engulfed the whole world as Kazuki while watching both the attacks approaching him reaching into his ninja bag and taking out two kunai's, pointing them towards both the attacks next moment.

"This trick truly took me by surprise I'm not afraid to admit that Onoki but you missed one point… I never needed to teleport myself to survive this"

Muttered Kazuki with a smile on his face, his silver hair rustling in the air due to the strong wind generated from both the attacks.

Flying Raijin: Guiding Thunder!!

Right before both the attacks appeared black markings out of nowhere, the Bijudama hardly showing any resistance and getting sucked in, disappearing but the atomic cube brought some more surprise on kazuki's face.

KACH!!

The cube was half sucked into the black markings but suddenly the air seemed to crack itself, the black markings disintegrating into nothing and a white light blinding the whole town next moment.

 BOOM!!!!

The red barrier enclosing the whole town disintegrated into nothing as well, the shadow clones of kazuki maintaining the barrier turning into smoke as well.

After a minute or so the white light engulfing the whole town disappeared and the scene of doom appeared before the world.

The once bustling town now lay silent, a chilling testament to the devastating power of the particle style attack.

The epicenter of the attack was a vast, barren expanse. The ground was vitrified, transformed into a glassy surface due to the intense heat of the particle bombardment. This created an eerie, reflective plain where the town center once stood.

Buildings, such as the tanzaku castle in the middle of the town, once an architectural marvel, reduced to skeletal ruins. The particle attack had disintegrated their substance, leaving behind ghostly outlines etched into the surrounding debris.

The attack also had atmospheric consequences. The air was filled with a thick haze of dust and particulate matter, blocking out the sun and casting an ominous pall over the landscape.

Thud!!

"Cough… I'm sorry Ran… this was the only way to defeat him…

At the center of the attack from the sky fell Onoki no longer able to move even a little, barely alive but on his face a look of pain from the realization that Ran had obliterated into nothing as a result of his attack as well, he only could say sorry in a tired voice as to kill Kazuki he had to push aside all the consequences.

Fizz!!!

Thud!

But just as Onoki lay there with a look of remorse, his ears suddenly pricked as tracing his eyes he looked to his left a little, the ground suddenly opening up and thick burnt logs of wood blown out.

Thup!!

After around a hundred logs of burnt wood were thrown out in the amazed eyes of Onoki, finally a figure flashed out from the ground and landed next to the immobile Onoki.

His black battle gear was almost completely intact and on his fair face he had some dust spots, his silver hair slightly dusty as well.

But there was something different from before as well, on his forehead unlike before was a red flame like mark.

"That was truly impressive… never had imagined I'd be forced to this point…

Said Kazuki with a hint of acknowledgment in his tone, his brown eyes on Onoki next to his feet.

"You… Just how…

Onoki seemed to have nearly suffered from a heart attack, his shocked eyes on the intact kazuki before him, words hardly leaving his mouth.

Onoki looked at the man before who now gave him a feeling of danger amplified many times from before, the man who had survived his most potent attack easily.

"No!!"

But suddenly the man before him vanished and a memory of past replaced him, a man with red eyes and long black hair looking down on him, a look of fear finally appearing on his face.

"Rest assured… I won't kill you now… you may come handy in the future"

Seeing the scared look on Onoki's face, Kazuki guessed that even the mighty tsuchikage seemed to have some fear of death.

Saying that Kazuki stretched his hand towards Onoki and placed a hand on his head who totally exhausted could do nothing in resistance, next moment black markings coming out of kazuki's hand and seeping into Onoki's brain, who went dull immediately.

"Hokage!!!:

After a while Onoki came back to his senses and showed a confused look but soon the memories of what mostly had happened hit him, letting out a scream in anger though no one else present in the annihilated town to hear him.
