Carissa stepped closer, her delicate fingers wrapping around him in a tantalizing caress. "You'll just have to be patient," she whispered, her touch setting his nerves on fire. "I promise, next time, I'll treat you to something...awesomely."

With a final, lingering look, Carissa pulled away, leaving David aching with unfulfilled desire. He watched her go, already counting down the seconds until their next encounter.

Carissa left the office, feeling the weight of the day gradually lifting as the door closed behind her then she headed for the elevator. Just as she exhaled, David burst out of her office, his presence immediately filling the confined space with his magnetic energy. He hurried towards her, grabbing his jacket and car keys from his office along the way.

"Hey, wait up," David called out breathlessly, a playful grin tugging at his lips as he caught up to her.
