The heavens rumbled, knocking down the eight spirit masters, and leaving them sprawled on the ground. The pressure descending from above was overpowering, rendering them immobile. The entire area was shrouded in dense spiritual energy, making even breathing difficult. However, instead of succumbing to the pressure, the eight beings bore cheerful expressions.

"This is pure spiritual energy. Waste no time, begin absorbing," the Old Man, the most knowledgeable among them, instantly recognized the energy's purity and sought to capitalize on it. The more they absorb, the purer their energies become.

There are various types of energies, each with its own nature and feel, but they all share one common attribute: purity. Almost every energy contains impurities, but when these impurities are removed, what remains is pure energy. When absorbed, this pure energy can enhance a cultivator's density and saturation of energy.
