"I wouldn't exactly say it was an easy task," Huo Renyi chuckled, awkwardly rubbing the back of his head. "I actually ran from one of them since they realised immediately that I was a living soul but I lost her along the way when I entered the dungeon."

"You did well for a mortal," the former Celestial Hunter complimented, snorting. "But you are not strong enough to summon me just yet. You need to break these chains," he rattled his shackles to emphasize. "How many attempts will it take until you're successful?"

"I'm not sure," Huo Renyi admitted, shaking his head. "But I will have to visit a few times and establish a better connection with you."
